What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templatizing and scaling our contract process, building controls and requirements into business process for multiple sales teams and for vendor procurement, legal queue and streamline
Easy and Complete Contract Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very intuitive. With the integration to SalesForce, the sales and success teams have everything they need without leaving the platform they use most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some items on the Finalize side that I wish were available, like conditional logic (on the roadmap), tables, and being able to have images as part of library clauses. However, LS is constantly improving, so I image it will have these soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Storage, Organization and Reporting. Efficiency in drafting and approvals of contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares allows the effective storage and review of contracts as well as analysis tools that provide a birds eye view of our entire contractual landscape. This aids our reporting and review obligations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any software introduced to the business, there is a implementation and bedding in period. The busienss will require time to get used to using LunkSquares and to use it to its full potential. Some feature are not as customisable as we require, such as the notice periods for certain alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares allows an overview of all of our contracts. This gives us an idea of our financial performance, when our contracts are up for renewal and helps future planning.
Logical Steps, AI, Advanced Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing LinkSquares over 2 years ago as our company's CLM Center of Excellence (CoE) has significantly improved our operations in the Legal department. Thanks to LinkSquares, we've successfully reduced the unwanted noise that previously disrupted our workflow. Our attorneys, paralegals, and contract administrators can now focus on legal work that directly impacts our revenue, instead of spending valuable time resolving misunderstandings. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the collaborative efforts of our Procurement, Partnership, and Strategy teams. By streamlining their communication with Legal via LinkSquares, we have created a more efficient and effective service that allows our Legal team to better support cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Finalize tool, some automation should be optional. For example, if no approver has been assigned, it should not go to "Ready for signature" status. The status should include one or two different options for "Internal Review" to help keep metrics on which internal team has the contract. Given that it is a Contract Management tool, it is most likely used by Legal Teams. However, the larger the company, the less contact the Legal team has with counterparties. The business or account manager is always the liaison.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Analyze tool offers an exceptional experience for Contract Analytics and Document Repository. Meanwhile, the Finalize tool assists the Legal Team in streamlining contract intake with cross-functional teams, including the sales team through its integration with Salesforce.
Seamless Contract Mangement
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares is a good platform to integrate all processes related to Contracts from drafting till the final execution. The support team is responsive and helpful. LinkSquares is easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smart values are limited and they should have more options for industry specific clause requirements. The signature hub does not allow to send auto reminders and also the parties cc'd do not get any notifications that the agreemnt was sent out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having issues with following up and quick execution of Agreements sent out to vendors. LinkSquares has helped us streamline the process and we have been successful in reducing the backlog of pending executed contracts with our vendors.
Excellent Contract Repository!
What do you like best about the product?
We did not use the Analyze tool to its full potential but more of a contract repository. The OCR/reporting functions were exactly what we needed, and we used this quite a bit. The tool is very user-friendly and very customizable. We always received excellent customer service from LinkSquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not find anything we disliked about LinkSquares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Analyze tool made reporting and researching contract language very easy for our Legal team.
LinkSquares is a helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is helpful for tracking and managing contracts. It is easy to search for and amend terms within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not 100% accurate. There are usually instances where it is necessary to go in and edit the terms that have been auto-populated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with the searchability of all of our contracts as well as helping to keep them filed correctly.
LS is a very good tool overall, if one has enough time to organize documents.
What do you like best about the product?
The LS team comprising of David Justima and Katelyn Murray, are very sharp in understanding our requirement and implementing it as soon as practicable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface without folders. Difficulty in accessing contracts when need is urgent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple projects we are working with the LS team on. The most important is the SFDC integretion.
AI for onboarding into software is a dream.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about LS is that you can view the contract and the synopsis of the terms simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when one of my team members sends me an email generated from Finalize that the email lacks and link for me to click, which takes me directly to the record. I also dislike that in the Analyze side I cannot customize the "smart" terms I want to see. Some of the standard terms/fields within Analyze are not helpful, nor are the "titles" LS uses to describe the field. Because I do not find them useful, the sorting of the terms in alphabetic order is not helpful. I should have the ability to customize my view of the terms, and my team should be able to edit the terms to terms that make sense for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LS is solving the problem of having no metrics on a company's contracts. It also provides one spot for all the contracts, although, the linking of the records through account hierarchy should be better to help with the organization.
Great product for novices and veterans of contract management
What do you like best about the product?
The customization you can make to the product to make it your own and accomplish very specific and unique goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen visual is somewhat unappealing. It's very light, which sometimes makes some of the screens difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's standardizing contract review intake and ensuring Legal is given everything we need to begin our review. The reporting features are helping us to track Legal's contract volume as well as provide Finance with information they need. Being able to access prior reviews via Finalize in the Info section in Analyze ensures that attorneys know exactly how and why negotiations happened...especially if the original attorney is no longer with the company when an agreement comes up for renewal.
