Linksquares is the best CLM because of innovation and customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of linksquares are the customer service managers. The ability to customize almost everything to your liking. Moreover, the ability to give feedback and see real change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of a newer company is that there are some bugs or changes that you may not love. However, linksquares is always open to hearing feedback. I would like to see improvements on maybe updating those before a big change is rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares is solving a problem of contract review. The company i work for has a lot of services and, in turn, many contracts. Contract review was complex because everything was not centralized, and people would say review takes too long. Now, contract review is an open dialogue and lots of transparency.
Great customer service and helpful contracts management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Microsoft word plug-in is the best feature. Game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to create sub-categories within the review statuses so as to provide more details about who is handling internal review- different departments, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like the Salesforce integration and contract management organization. The flexibility of various contracts and tagging is beneficial too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some limitations around the Salesforce mapping and parent/child objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Management, streamline the process, remove manual inputs on order forms.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface and the attentive customer success team ensuring that we implement in a timely and thoughtful fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes yet. I enjoy the platform and can see how easy it will make it to organize our affairs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, audit trail issues, request management, template management and becoming a source of truth.
Implementation and adoption of LinkSquares has been surprisingly painless.
What do you like best about the product?
Template creation is a breeze. I love how easy it is to modify terms and continue to refine the templates as they are put into practice. Over the last year, I have seen improvements based on customer feedback. Further, LinkSquares has been adding features and new services that make legal operations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for newly uploaded contracts to be available sooner than 72 hours. Many of our forms are in tables, and occasionally LS does not pick up party names or effective dates if they are inside tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having consistency in our order forms across customers and salespersons. By having an approval workflow, we can have other people approve pricing, non-standard contract terms, and avoid signing contracts with unclear or adverse terms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love finalize in Linksquares. The Linksquares prodcuts surpass all of it's competition. I highly recommend Linksquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is very high but that's all. Everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to store and organize and access our docs. We can also save time by having templates link with Saleforce and there are also great redlining features.
Innovative experience for your contracts
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is not just a repository piece, but you can also track deadlines and create a workflow, this way you dont forget when a contract needs to be renewed. I also like that all reps are ready to support if I encounter any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the tool to recognize a duplicated document as soon as it has been uploaded. Maybe the tool can put it at the beginning of the page, stating that it is recognized as a duplicate document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is solving the way we provide legal services to our internal stakeholders. This is very helpful for me to do my work and encourage stakeholders to self serve to find a contract.

Most helpful is all contract activity is in one location.

At this time, we have not fully integrated the contract management system. We have no dislikes currently.

Contract repository and templates in one centralized location.
LinkSquares Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
The repository for all documents. The contact templates. The access for all associates to choose their own contact and to start the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not fully rolled LinkSquares out to all associates, so we can not say at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having the contact templates in this system, all associates will now use the current templates available.

It is solving our contract storage issue, as well as implementing our contract request process.
