Overall great experience with the tool and first class customer success
What do you like best about the product?
LS has helped our legal group streamline the contract process with sales, track correspondences and store/search effortlessly. They have great support from both online and with our Customer Success Manager
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation took longer than expected. Some features we were told available are not or on the roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining contract process for sales to get contracts out to clients quicker. Tracking changes and approval control. Dashboards for quick access to information.
Very helpful Customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service assistant - Mack Burt and Alexander McDonald excellent,
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve automation and AI. less manual file and changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving file processes
LinkSquares has helped organize and simplify our process
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear the process is, especially now that the new statuses have been added. I like how clear and visual knowing the status of all the docs needing review is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes made don't make sense and makes life harder and there isn't a great workaround, so you either have to wait until it's fixed or just continue using the product as-is and hope that somewhere down the line they make the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper organization of documentation for the whole company. Concise and easy-to-see status of pending docs for review. Making things accessible to those who need it without worrying about security.
Quick Fast Support
What do you like best about the product?
I've had minimal interaction so far, but when I needed some tech support in the setup process, they were on the ball, and friendly, and the experience was extremely positive. We'll see as things progress, but if this is any sign, they're doing well with customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've nothing to comment so far. We're new with the company, but I had to give a positive comment about their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us manage our contracts. Still in the spin up phase so I can't describe the ROI, but we have silos and are looking to this to be a tool for solving that.
Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that was most helpful to me that I like the best is the Finalize app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to group modifications/amendments with the base award, without having to upload to the attachments. And the inability to archive expired contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LS is helping me with a workflow on contracts that need signatures. This allows me to follow the document through the process to fully signed.
The Support for this product has been amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and helps to have an organized process and correctly manage documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signature completion does not allow us to fix mistakes, and I have to request support. The new PEN modification has not been a favorable modification for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to find agreements and a better organization to archive them. Also, it allows other departments to have visibility of the time and status of each request of the agreement.
Excellent Full Lifecycle CLM
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Linksquares is the OCR, Reporting, Repository, and full visibility of the contract intake process. Previously, we did everything manually at our company so Linksquares helps streamline efficiencies throughout the business, and contract intake process, provides visibility on approvals and comments, and allows complex search capabilities for tracking different so many different clauses and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Linksquares at first was their lack of communication on new feature updates, but now they do a better job of announcing new features and products on their blog and over email. The implementation process was a bit slower than expected, but we got through everything together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to see who the pen is sitting with in the contract process, tracking capabilities (contract terms/clauses/termination dates, etc), reporting capabilities, and streamlining the contract process from beginning to end with cross-functional business partners.
Linksquare is good for small to medium companies but valuable from AI perspective on the contract.
What do you like best about the product?
Artificial Intelligence to analyze the contracts and Tag them. Cost is also very attractive compared to other similar products in the market for the given features.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started implementing, we thought its very intuitive to set up the workflows. But it needs the effort to create the workflows, and some features could help in finalizing the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing the functionalities of Linksquare artificial intelligence, we can understand the renewal dates, contract Liability, and Contract reminders. Tagging was really helpful
Fantastic product with great user experience and AI!
What do you like best about the product?
The smart renaming function is a particular highlight. The bulk upload feature in conjunction with the AI is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only very minor issue is having to click through a couple of screens to view the original version of an agreement and to then perform an action on it (e.g. delete or amend the record).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has enabled us to easily upload all of the company's agreements into one place. The AI pulled out all of the relevant information from the uploaded agreements and the software is able to generate reports easily and quickly. Previously, the agreements were saved in multiple locations and pulling relevant information from them was a manual, time-consuming task.
Bit of a Learning Curve, but Worth It.
What do you like best about the product?
The Finalize dashboard is super helpful in gaining perspective on what's going on in agreements overall, and understanding trends that may have flown under the radar. The process of figuring out the total time from initial intake to signature went from taking half a day of crunching data in Excel to only a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition from a folder structure to flat tags in Analyze is a bit of a learning curve. It took some time to learn what functionally worked for us, what ultimately didn't, and how to differentiate these tags in setting up specific access roles across the company. Once we had this down, the next biggest thing was educating others on how this works. Still has been worth it so far; just be sure to plan for time to get your company through the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The disconnect in communications between Revenue and Legal is the central issue it's solved so far for us. The Salesforce integration has been a lifesaver so far for us, decreasing the number of separate SAAS applications one would need to consult for an agreement status from three down to one, maybe two if a Finalize agreement was put in via Linksquares rather than Salesforce. It's led to less confusion on which site is the most correct, ultimately saving time.
