I'm still new to the platform, so not much exposure yet. So far looks great!
What do you like best about the product?
Linkedsquares seems like it will be easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am still new to the platform, I haven't run into any issues or problems yet to mention here, but thinking ahead the uploading and keeping track of documents - wish there was an easier way to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linkedsquares is more cost-effective than the previous vendor we were using!

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really helpful that linksquares allows our contract management process to be centralized and simplified. Integrating with salesforce, it allows our sales team to generate the contract and directly communicate with our lawyer and counterparties. So helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that in finalize, if you click on one template and go back it does not keep the templates in a set order. So it makes it difficult to keep track of which templates I am making edits to as an admin unless I open all the templates in separate tabs before making any edits to ensure I don't miss any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquare helps streamline the workflow of our contract management. Communications are all in one place! Version history is easy to view. Dynamic language helps contracts generate in a breeze. Task functionality allows us to never miss a metric in our contracts and stay ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and user-friendly. I love that we have a bi-weekly call to review any questions I may have regarding the use and any issues I may encounter. It is very easy to create and export reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I don't have anything to dislike, nor have I found any down sides. Any issues that have come up have been fixed and any questions have been answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed one place to store and track all of the contracts from the different departments in our company. We now have that space and we have an easy way to track and report various terms and dates within the various documents.
So easy to use and always available for help
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty self-explanatory software, though the personnel is always available to answer questions if need be. I get fast responses and straightforward answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some detected tags are inaccurate, but the tags are detected via robots, so I don't expect perfection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving organizational problems. I don't need to go searching through the depths of my computer to find contracts. The most valuable part is the calendar so I can keep track of expiring contracts and notify the relevant department.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to the tool, but overall, my experience has been a good one. The Customer Success Manager assigned to my account has been extremely helpful in setting up our complex workflows. PJ has gone above and beyond my ask and is always there in a pinch. The most significant advantage of the tool so far has been having all our contracts in a central location that is easily searchable and reportable. Our current process was not streamlined and required much back and forth. Linksquares has enabled us to work together faster and more efficiently in our contracting process.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the downside I have seen has been minimal. We have very complex workflows, and many individuals need to have eyes and provide input on legal documents. Setting up workflows, tasks, to-do's and approvals can be very time-consuming from an admin point of view. Overall you can get through this lift with the expertise of your assigned Customer Success Manager. Reworking the process/workflow can be very demanding if a change is required after the initial setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Contracting process flows. Visibility into edits and redlines of legal documents. Providing a central searchable location of all legal documents. Overall it has helped us move faster and cleaner through the contracting process.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Linksquares is easy to use. I feel like it is a very intuitive platform, making it easy to integrate across several teams. It also has dual functionality for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I find that tagging the contracts can be time-consuming, but I think that speaks more to my predecessor's setup than to link squares itself. I would like to have a way to archive old contracts.

Linksquares gives our company a centralized location for our contracts, we have many people that work in different parts of the US, and we need to have visibility across the board.

Ease of use; support team was helpful during implementation and are responsive to suggestions on bettering the product.

Dev cycles a little slow but responsive and listens to customers.

Solving our business Contract Management that had been ad-hoc prior.
LinkSquares has simplified the contracting process
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able reports in Analyze. I love that we have a customizable user-friendly contract intake system in Finalize. The AI in Analyze makes it easy to find global terms and is just quick, easy, and efficient. I have to say they have the most responsive customer service. Their customer success team has been so helpful and accommodating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could enhance the dashboard in Finalize with color coding. I would love different templates to be a separate color and also be able to assign a color to an approver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a contract intake system. It is allowing visibility from contract beginning to end. It ingests the signed document into Analyze. It is time-saving and user-friendly. It ends the whole search for a contract in email boxes, thankfully.

The main problem Linksquares is solving is organization. It makes it easy for us to keep all of our contracts in one place.
