Solid out of the box Contract Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The Analyze module is your central repository and works very well. You will immediately save time looking for contracts. Implementation team was very helpful here in getting this module set up quickly.
Your customer service rep is helpful and always there to help you through issues and answer questions. Quick 30 minute trainings can be scheduled on your time and your representative is there to make sure all your questions are answered.

What do you dislike about the product?
The module names are not very intuitive. Analyze is the central repository. In my opinion the dashboard should be called Analyze because that is were you can analyze what is in your central repository. How much third party paper do you have? How many different types of agreements do you have? How many contracts are expiring or renewing in the current quarter?
Finalize is actually where you create your contracts and send them out for execution. There is a much steeper learning curve in Finalize and will take some time.
Features change often, most of the time the features are improved. But it can create issues after you finally get comfortable with a feature that is changed. They recently changed a document status from "redline" to "internal review" which can cause some confusion. But I have no doubt that they listen to their clients and will correct the issue soon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company never had a central repository prior to linksquares, so organizing our contracts in one location has been very helpful and it is becoming more and more rare that the legal department is asked to locate a contract that is not in the central repository. This definitely saves time. Moreover, all contracts are searchable PDFs and we can quickly find the exact language at issue without having to review the whole contract. We can quickly advise our internal clients what contractual language is in the agreement that protects us.

What do you like best about the product?
First, their onboarding process is clear, straightforward, and well-organized. Second, the product is intuitive and fairly easy to use given its complexity. Also, it's clear from our first look at the user interface that the software team actually spent some time with contract attorneys to understand their needs, something not all of their competitors did in developing their products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any downsides yet, but we are early in the adoption process, so we may find something eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most challenging thing we have dealt with is keeping track of all company agreements and their accompanying obligations., like submission of quarterly royalty reports, annual commercialization reports, option exercise dates, and the like. Our archive of executed agreements has until now been kept on Google Drive -- with its rudimentary search function -- and scattered across many individual folders, drives, and workspaces. The systematic ingestion process deployed by LinkSquares (uploading, OCR processing, and ingestion via a sophisticated AI engine to extract relevant tags for each agreement (counterparty name, effective date, etc.) produced a fully searchable archive of agreements that can be renamed with a consistent nomenclature and that will enable us to track and comply with our contractual obligations in a timely fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Linksquares is the storage of our organization's legal documents. Being able to have reminders for essential upcoming changes is critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like Linksquares is trying to incorporate the electronic signature feature but may be lacking some capabilities like forwarding envelopes. Also faster processing of the new contract uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The processing time is being worked on to make turnaround time more efficient. Quicker processing allows more efficient visibility of the contractual agreements to multiple departments.
The team is wonderful and the platform is very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tools in Linksquares are the team behind the platform and the intuitive nature of the platform. The charts and reporting are straightforward to use and get me what I need with only a few clicks. The upside of Linksquares is that the team at Linksquares has been so helpful in handling our more significant, more research-intensive projects quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any functionality that I do not dislike on Linksquares. I have not run into any significant problems or issues with the platform. I don't think this is a downside per se, but perhaps adding a function to translate foreign language contracts would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares is constantly updating or adding new features, and it has benefitted me in the way that functionality has been improved and other processes have been made easier to accomplish.

The functionality of the product is what our company needs. Very easy to train internal users to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the how-to articles are not as helpful as they could be, but the support team is very responsive.

The vendor contract management system allows us to track contract expirations and auto-renewals efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy implementation. Great place to keep all records at any stage and accessible for the Team.

I don't like the titles that are assigned.

One place to find all the files. Safe and organized.
An Innovative Contract Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform offers AI that makes contract management much easier. In the past we had to enter contract details manually but the LinkSquares AI does this leg work for us. The tool itself is intuitive and easy to use. It handles contracts from the request phase all the way to the signature phase. The LinkSquares team is also super supportive and available as we've had questions rolling out the product in our legal department.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares offers everything that is needed in a contract tool. I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product at this time as it is meeting our teams needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares creates a platform for our lines of business to request legal contracts and allows our legal team to organize our contract requests, contract statuses, and assists with the signature portion of contracts as well.

Weekly progress calls were helpful to keep the ball rolling throughout the onboarding process.

OCR seems to drop lines such that formatting view breaks up paragraphs.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service reps are very helpful. I think the clause library is a handy feature. The artifical intelligence is also pretty helpful in organizing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when files do not convert correctly. It is annoying that I cannot put tokens into the clause library. I also cannot format items in the clause library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSqaures is solving our organization issue. We had documents all over the place and not named correctly. This new platform has helped us sort them all out and correctly name them.
Linksquares
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily we were drawn to the combination of features and cost to support our small but growing CLM needs. Essentially Linksquares was the right fit for what we needed. We were sold by the great sales experience and have appreciated the fantastic onboarding and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints or dislikes to date. Linksquares easily matched our business needs with the right amount of services and support, and we've been very pleased so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, Linksquares is helping us get organized. With Linksquares, we can put more excellent process controls around our contract review, collect the data and drive efficiencies. And that is just one benefit on top of data analytics and document management.
