What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is located, stored and sent from one location. My favorite part about Linksquares is the customer service. There is a learning curve to the product but the customer service is very helpful and keeps me interested in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. Some of the wordage isn't intuitive and requires some education in order to fully utilize the product. I wish the platform was a bit more intuitive in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me keep all our contracts in one location. Also, they are helping to keep everything customized and sent from one location while keeping everything synched up.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and ability to search for contracts. The reporting is also best in class to provide insights about key terms in your contract library.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging system takes a while to get used to. I prefer the folder structure. However, once you get used to the tagging workflow, it is very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has a flexible licensing model which allows for adoption across the organization. They have an excellent service team that goes above and beyond.
I Love LinkSquares But It Could Use Some Polish
What do you like best about the product?
loading and keeping track of documents. Replacing documents or attaching amendments. sending email messages concerning a specific document to any number of people simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am the contracting director for my team and I am responsible for loading all team contracts into LinkSquares. I dislike that my team members can't access documents in myLinkSquares folder. We should be able to create a group folder where my team members can view document status but can't make any alterations/changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company had a horrible process for managing contract documents. Actually, we didn't have a coherent system at all. LinkSquare allowed us to load, track, share, nudge and send messages to keep the process moving. It solved the problem of contracts stalling in different departments. It sped up the approval process and we are now able to turn contracts around in half the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a paralegal for a fintech start-up. Before LinkSquares, our legal team would have to download Word documents, send them to the counterparty, receive a redline copy, and then send them out for signature. Linksquares has cut that process in half by incorporating all those features into their "Finalize" programming. When someone from another department requests an agreement, they can fill in the necessary information and the legal team can check over the generated contract. All our contracts were uploaded and renamed by the AI which takes out the manual element of renaming documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't major downsides. The Linksquare team is always looking to improve and jot down any recommendations I had. If I think about my work efficiency with or without Linksquares, I know for a fact that Linksquares makes my day-to-day job 10x times easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares was able to put less burden on our legal team by having other departments fill in the Contract information. The general counsel can focus on reviewing the agreement and not focus on filling in the information. The is a Word plug-in that makes it easy when editing an agreement. I can upload the clean copy straight from the Linksquares plug-in on Word.
Great product - great service.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Linksquares is their dedicated Customer Service team. They are super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. We meet every other week with Customer Service to go over any issues we are having or to learn new ways in which Linksquares can help us out. They are patient and professional and never make us feel like we are bothering them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside to using Linksquares. It has already been very helpful in our organization. I do wish the reporting was a little different. While it does download into an excel format, the information is sometimes bulked into one cell. Would love to be able to run really clean excel spreadsheets with individual columns holding separate data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with our Linksquares working with our DocuSign. Customer Service was on it and helped us through and now we can send fully signed agreements to Linksquares right through our DocuSign. Game changer!

Great Customer Care & Easy to use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success manager assigned to our account helped us through implementation, go-live & post implementation.
He is always available for any questions, concerns or feedback we have.
The software is easy to use, which was one of the biggest things we were looking for in a system that also had the capability to capture the full contracts life cycle.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that we would like to have in the system is the ability to give analyze access for drafters to only see their completed contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping brainstorm on using the most out of the software with our contracts process.

Intuitive design, easy to learn and integrate and explain to non-legal teams

Restrictive in terms of # of users, missed opportunities for certain functionalities, everything is an add-on ($$)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-serving of frequently used contracts, which empowers various team members and removes legal as a bottleneck. Allows legal to spend time on value-added work.

The simplicity of the dashboard and user friendly.

Fareportal is in the onboarding and integration stage. At this point, I do not have any dislikes.

LinkSquares customer service is above and beyond! Matthew Powers is approachable, personable, and always willing to jump on a call with us when needed. He has been with us every step of the way and ensured that we are kept up to date with improvements to the system/ how to utilize them effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. This system is user friendly and conveniently contains all of our documents from start to finish.

LinkSquares has been able to track our contracts, helped us determine bottlenecks, and run reports.
