Make legal process control easier
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares Finalize makes the legal review process easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration process is quite long but it's necessary, the customer success team is very hands-on and patient throughout the whole journey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure legal has all key context of the contract that needs review or generate. This is a very important process to make sure the legal team is not wasting time hunting for information from multiple people while having to read through hundred of pages of legal docs.
LinkSquares is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that LinkSquares isn't overly complicated to use and the customer service is amazing! Every time I have an issue, they are always right there and on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few things I dislike. I wish there were some extra functionalities that are not currently being offered with the LinkSquares. One area would be in the events calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One issue I had that was solved was one of the functions for tags. You can now click on the tag and it will populate all the contracts with that particular tag.
Linksquares has made our agreement management and organization much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to upload documents in bulk is helpful, as well as the automatic generation of names. Being able to link other documents and parent-child agreement is helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes companies are tagged in error, or it categorizes agreements incorrectly, but this is a minor inconvenience. Additionally I have found it not easy to generate reports of how many agreements we have made in a certain period of time because it sometimes does not pick up the date of execution correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I no longer have to manually track when agreements are set to expire. Organizing them and locating them is easier.
Already great and constantly improving
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the integrations, especially with Word
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-renaming can get a little weird sometimes. Any other "dislikes" are usually resolved within the next update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The last file management system we used was tedious and not-user-friendly. LS is super smooth and easy to use and has a great support team to help us
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is great to use. I love being able to use the platform through the lifecycle of the contract including having all collaborators in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but something they can improve upon. It will be great if the software can pick up contract dates correctly, especially from 3rd party paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a. Team collaboration b. Improving efficiency (team members don't need to wait for legal, they can go in and autofill templates c. Contract date reminders.
Great program, great assistance during transition.
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature, allows you to pull specific groups of contracts and export into excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few small things that are inconvenient with the platform, such as only being able to slide left to right at the bottom of the page. Aswell as no way to populate multiple custom values for multiple contracts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our finance team has much more ease when finding contracts. Has helped a lot.
Excellent customer service and automation
What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares Analyze AI that runs on newly signed contracts is a huge time saver. For the most part, it does a great job capturing key contract terms and even calculating termination and auto-renewal opt-out dates (with some QA/QC required). The captured data saves time when running searches and generating reports from within the repository and helps us track upcoming renewals and expirations more efficiently. Most of all, the customer service has been fantastic - personalized to our company's needs and responsive to unique requests. Plus, check-ins continue well beyond implementation, and business reviews are thoughtfully prepared with useful data on top users and utilization rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Finalize feature (for pre-signature contract workflow) took a little time to get familiar with and generates a higher volume of notifications than necessary. However, our CRM is always responsive to feedback and the LinkSquares team regularly updates their product roadmap based on customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has helped us to consolidate all contracts within a single repository that is easily searchable. It's made end-of-quarter finance reporting a breeze. Greater visibility into contract terms and budget for our business users means fewer day-to-day questions for legal.
LinkSquares - Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares does a great job of being able to select multiple different vendor contract types with minimal info and ability to organize and see whats outstanding vs not
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the easiest thing to understand sometimes where you are in the process of a document that has been submitted. A color code reference or noting which step you are on (step 4 of 5 completed) would help users better understand what is left to be done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares helps me keep track of various contracts I need to vet through Legal and helps me keep track of everything thats outstanding and next steps to take in one simple interface

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's all in one place, easy to find any contract, and easy to send to vendors or other teammates to look at or sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Searching could be better, but it already has gotten better as I have worked in it. There was a while there where it wouldn't pull up anything, but that has been fixed and everything seems okay now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation is the main one. It also helps easily pass the document around and track who has it and at what point.
LinkSquares Analyze is essential for post-signature contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares Analyze tool is essential for all post-signature contracts. After our company's contracts are signed, they are integrated into LinkSquares Analyze, and the AI does the hard work of scanning all contracts for key terms and phrases. This makes reporting on critical terms and clauses easier. Analyze is also highly customizable as well, which is great for our more unique contract types. Additionally, we have several available dashboards with all of the relevant contract trends that can easily be downloaded and used for presentation purposes. Best of all, as a relatively new user of Analyze, the software is intuitive and easy to learn how to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is not always perfect, which is to be expected, so it is helpful to QA/QC some of the smart values/global terms that the system tags. However, for the most part, the AI does a great job scanning the documents for key clauses and terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is helping us have better oversight with contracts/customers that have uniquely, negotiated terms of which we need to be aware. Our goal is to flag high-risk terms, and Linksquares is helping us do so.
