Overall Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The search capabilities in Analyze and Processed are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Finalize processes are confusing and the use of the word "clean" for contracts is very misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to consolidate all contracts enterprise-wide into one system.

ease of use. Ability to tag documents for easy recall. appreciate the email to upload documents, made adoption easier for infrequent users

we use a lot of excel documents and the inability to load those is so far the only drawback

LinkSquares Analyze delivers immediate value
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is simple and intuitive to understand. After 2 years on LinkSquares, we continue to increase the value of the platform. The platform is easy to use and allows us to access our agreements in a matter of seconds. Their support staff is very responsive and their expanded user community reach is a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI does not always capture things accurately. Data validation is still 100% necessary to rely on reports for key contract events. Some features are still missing in Finalize, like adding group reviewers or a simple contract review request without a managed user account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have primarily 3rd party vendor contracts that are not in one central repository. With Linksquares we have been able to quickly ingest, organize and validate contract data to provide valuable notifications and reporting. Having these agreements in the repository has added value in quickly identifying critical contract information without needing a full review of multiple agreements. We hope to utilize the Finalize workflow to track contract review but are still waiting for some critical enhancements.

What do you like best about the product?
Here are my top 3 for now.
1. Tagging records. It leverages the technology and thinking behind the discovery process for organizing your content pool and makes data extraction a delightfully simpler and instant. No more manual data audits.
2. Surgical precision OCR capability organized and reportable with respective excerpts for ease of reference and quick hyperlinks to the respective records.
3. Bulk editing. Need I say more?

Quality contract management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding of the solution was easy and the solution allows for easy version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a folder structure for storage of agreements is what keeps me from being able to give it a perfect score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to negotiate agreements more quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look to see if it has all of the integration you need.
Love the AI functionality.

AI analysis in Analyze. This function is a huge time saver for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When assigning tasks for responsible party to review a section we need the task owner to be able to accept or reject the redlines and maintain tracking of status for compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our existing files were stored in a file-sharing site. This allowed for a central repository but no way of quickly searching contracts for specific terms or creating reports. What typically took days or weeks can now be accomplished in minutes.
Easy to Use Contract Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The automatic/AI analysis and categorization of documents works pretty well, all told, and the automatic reminders and calendaring are good
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI gets it wrong (though it's pretty good!). Can't fix the document OCR if it contains errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our legal team centralize documents and search for agreements much more than the Excel sheet we had been using, automatic reminders of expirations or other important dates.

Software is easy to use and understand. Onboarding has been quick and efficient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using linkquares as a contracts database, contract management/signing flow and dashboard for M&A questions. Already easier to answer basic questions about vendor renewals and alterations to indemnification and other specific sections.
