Linksquares is a high powered solution with excellent user friendliness and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares is extremely simple and intuitive to work with. As a tech savvy attorney I'm able to set up nearly everything needed by my company without needing to rely on a dedicated IT resource. When issues or questions do come up I feel confident that I can reach out to support or my CSM and will quickly receive the assistance I need. Also, I've been very happy with the roadmap of planned functionality - it's been very well thought out and continuously provides solutions to inefficiencies I'm trying to solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linksquare's pre-contracting solution isn't as built out as some other solutions. There are shortcomings in how I'm able to build process caused by this. However, with the continuously expanding functionality, I expect this will no longer be the case over the next year. Also, as with all newer platforms there are bugs from time to time. I've identified a handful and have always received prompt communication to identify and resolving any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally we procured Linksquares for the AI powered term identification. Now that we've uploaded all of our contracts to the platform we are able to run reporting on terms from all our contracts. Before, Legal might be asked to identify all contracts that allow for publicity rights and we wouldn't have an easy way to do that. Now, it's as simple as running a report that might take me 5-10 minutes to build. We've also currently working to launch the pre-contracting Finalize solution to our entire sales team. This will solve a host of issues we've had with reporting and tracking, as well as allow us to automate drafting from a centralized list of templates.
LinkSquares makes finding contracts so easy and fast!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about LinkSquares is that it is so easy to store all our contracts in one place. The AI made it so easy to transition contracts into their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about using LinkSquare's contract repository system. The only thing I dislike is that our company did not sign up sooner to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had contracts in different folders on our server. Now, all are maintained in LinkSquares. It is great to have all the contracts in one place. One of the biggest benefits is saving time on searching for what you need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using LinkSquares for your overall contract needs. I can't say enough good things about the product and my support team, Claire Carle and Kirk Stanford. They made the onboarding process so easy and were quick to answer any and all questions.
Very quick and helpful response and resolution to the problem
What do you like best about the product?
The very fast and human response from the representative our company was assigned. Set a meeting with the stakeholders at our company. Then responded with potential issue resolution after the meeting was set to troubleshoot. Above and beyond service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual resolution has not been completed at this time, but the service up to this point has been above and beyond. The email communication very quick and thorough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is somewhat above my paygrade, so to speak. I believe we are looking for a one-stop solution to handle our legal documents and disclosures for our legal and business development departments. This alleviates a lot of ambiguity and gives us one resource for storing/syncing with our Salesforce database.
Best contract management tool EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has completely streamlined our contracting process from start to finish. We now have one place where we can request, draft, store, search and run reports on our contracts. It is very user-friendly and has an intuitive design, which made adoption by multiple teams seamless. They are constantly updating their platform and adding new, useful features. The onboarding team and customer services representatives are always quick to respond and resolve any issues that come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Any concerns that I have are always addressed by the team and resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares has helped us make our entire contract process more efficient. The AI has helped us stay on top of key dates and allows us to quickly search for key terms or clauses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Out of all of the contract management tools I reviewed, LinkSquares exceeded all of them in terms of features, customer services, and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
If I ever had a question or concern the team at LinkSquares, primarily Mack Burt would get back to me immediately and assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a few hiccups in the early stages of deployment but the team came together quickly to resolve them. This is not a dislike as I am sure this happens with most new deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has given me a solid contracts database. It is helpful when running reports and is very easy to maneuver.

This is a great product and makes contract database seamless
Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Follow-up and care. Oliver Wright was very helpful and tried to help best he could. For example trying to help find Static IP Address in order to activate my account!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information that I would get as a non-technical person would not make complete sense. Just bringing to attention that LinkSquare might sometimes be used by Sales reps who are not very tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps break the ice with customers and helps build rapport or bridges to create opportunities even when sometimes there are no specific requirements. It also helps with establishing a base for a good channel feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being about to quickly figure out what key terms are in an agreement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like when using Linksquares. It's wonderful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to pull reports with key terms in order to see how many Customers have a certain type of term in their agreement.
One-Stop-Shop for your Contract Management Need
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has allowed us to immediately connect dots we couldn't connect in the past. It is giving us real insight and an overview over our agreements. The AI scanning is accurate, and the tag feature has allowed us to assess risk within our contract-base, get up to speed on our projects and what needs to be done w/r/t/ compliance. It also allows for team collaboration. Everyone loves the product, and its ease of use.
Onboarding has been a great experience as well. Customer Service is amazing. Their team is very personable, answers in a prompt manner, which made it very easy for us to use LinkSquares from day 1.

What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring all of our agreements took some time, but other than that, nothing in particular just yet. They keep innovating and improving the product, and are eager to get customer feedback. So far, the improvements have been fantastic, and I cannot wait to see what LinkSquares will do next.

Thanks to LinkSquares, we're now able to run reports on several critical items within our agreements, which allows us to get a clear picture of the risk we're taking. We now have reliable accurate data, which is priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm able to locate the contracts that I need quickly. The keyword search functionality combined with the reporting is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could highlight deviations from a standard template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are removing the silos created by individuals saving agreements in various places and making very important agreements available to the necessary teams.
Great Platform + Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares platform is incredibly intuitive and provides a truly comprehensive tool for contract creation and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the platform or the team. The initial upload was difficult, but once that was complete it was smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Historically, our company's contracts were kept locally and/or on a variety of different platforms. LinkSquares allowed us to have one, global repository for all our agreements. It has also allowed us to automate our workflows for various agreements and taken all the guess work out for our team.
