What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is most helpful in ensuring that cross-functional teams have full transparency into the contracting process. Compared to the competition that I have been exposed to, the system is very intuitive. In addition, Analyze has made searching for contracts much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements made to the clause library to store contract playbooks in a much more helpful visual fashion than currently exists. Right now would like the ability to assign WF's at the reviewer level without having to go to admin to reassign ownership. It would be helpful for colleagues who are out of the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a legal organization, our goal is to help enable cross-functional teams to do their job. This tool has enabled the legal team to be more efficient and transparent with the organization. In addition, this helps legal manage workloads and get direct input from the business stakeholders in one workflow instead of going outside of the system to get feedback.

AI-Driven Solution for Contract Searching, Reporting, and Process Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automated/AI-driven file management that allows for searchability and enhanced reporting. Linksquares is loved by Finance, Legal, Product, and more. Linksquares has become an essential part of our process. Plus the customer success team is best-in-class in providing support and driving our overall success with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some manual and administrative requirements when entering documents. I expect that the team will better train the algorithm and manual processes will reduce over time. The integration offering needs focus. There is a tremendous amount of potential and value for customer but options are limited and expensive currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares helps provide a centralized solution that allows various departments to access specific contracts as needed, without delay. LinkSquares is the source of truth for all customer contract templates and related drafting. This provides consistancy, version control, and centralized management.

What do you like best about the product?
Since 2017, we’ve been using Linksquares as our contracts warehouse. We love that it’s user-friendly and provides reminders when contracts are about to expire. Documents are automatically OCR’d when uploaded, so searching is easy. I recently did a bulk upload, and it was a big timesaver. We highly recommend Linksquares!
What do you dislike about the product?
We must delete the existing document and upload a new record with additional pages. Would like the ability to attach more pages to a current contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our legal department was filing hard copy documents and after we got on board with Linksquares we have converted completely to paperless filing. Saves time and office space. Most importantly everyone has access to all the documents when working remotely!
Exceptional AI for the facilitation of contracts review
What do you like best about the product?
The products' results are accurate and to the point. The system is also very straight forward and simple to use.

The onboarding is not seamless and requires substantial time, effort and thought
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pain point was understanding what agreements the company entered into and what obligations we are subject to. LinkSquares gives us clear visibility into this with great summaries that are easy to find thanks to the great searches and reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate to leverage the great support and onboarding teams. They will help you a lot to think of your needs and contract structure in order to be set up your account. Take the time to plan and to think about what reporting and searches you will need before uploading the materials.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is a one-stop-shop for the life cycle of an agreement, making it easy to keep track of and find vital information. It's easy to use and customize to your specific needs without needing to understand how to write computer codes or be an IT guru.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any system, LinkSquares has glitches sometimes, but their team is always responsive and does their best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract requests no longer get lost in email, Stakeholders can check the status of their contract on their own, and maintenance and reporting on executed agreements is faster and easier to review
Contract Organization and Reporting made easy!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the ability to tag and send contracts via email to LinkSquares. The unlimited tagging also allows for a customized flat folder structure. I am not familiar with any of LinkSquares competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to manually move all contracts from pending to processed. It requires the team to go in weekly and approve all contracts. If contracts are not approved, they will not be captured in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has helped internal departments easily find important clauses in contracts and create functional reports to refer back to. Has allowed for improved vendor maintenance.

Great addition for securely managing contracts, easily searching contracts for important terms and creating reports.

LinkSquares is super user-friendly, easy to use and understand, and the reps/ staff are great to work with.

when the AI takes a long time to process the smart categories or when the platform goes down altogether
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlining the contract process from beginning to end. solving the issue of having to search through your local drive, makes searching the content of a contract very easy, makes pulling example contracts very easy, etc.
Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process is the best part LinkSquares. They take over the hardest parts and with minimal meetings and work on our end they were able to implement the system with more details than their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is explaining the system to other coworkers. It looks different than your classic CLM, and as a result, it takes a little walking through to get some people comfortable. However, this does not take away from the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The three main issues we are looking to solve are vendor management, spend control, and visibility. The first will take some time to see benefits the more people use the system, but the visibility and organization of the contracts has been helpful since the start.

What do you like best about the product?
My company recently started using LinkSquare to manage, verify and approve the legal aspects related to contracts and onboarding new programs and vendors. So far, the experience has been positive with a relatively easy and straightforward, and intuitive interface.
It also allows me to edit requests easily and keep track of the various PO submissions in one platform - much better than our previous cumbersome process.
Lastly, the one issue I had, which ended up by a configuration issue on our end, was resolved efficiently and quickly by a knowledgable customer support agent.

The product is still relatively new to the market and requires an update to standard features like auto-saving requests in case you lose connection or change the page.

This tool has amazing potential and is already on its way to helping our organization immensely.

I like how inclusive it is for various positions, not just legal or specialized contracts. If used to its fullest potential, there will be many opportunities to streamline workflow for many other departments.

There are some functional capabilities that have not yet been mapped out, but it's clear that the LinkSquares development team is always working towards expansion. At this point I think it could be slightly more user-friendly.

Process process process! A lot of items don't go through proper channels and we don't have a way to ensure all details are provided up front before starting on a new project. This tool is essentially a guarantee for that information.

Take time to ask a lot of questions and work with your CSM. Eventually all the possibilities will click and be at your fingertips!
