A Technological Lifeline
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is a lifesaver. If you need a robust, customer-centric tool for managing contracts, policies, and the like, look no further than LinkSquares. What I appreciate most is its user-friendliness. You don't have to be a tech whiz to use the product. All you need to do is lean in and listen to the likes of Tim and his counterparts, who will provide you with the resources and guidance necessary to use it. Whether your business is large or small, LinkSquares will help lighten the load. We're all subject to ever-changing and pressing demands, so I can imagine we can all use one less thing about which to worry. LinkSquares helps ensure that your contracts, policies, etc. are readily available along with the functionality (and data) to support reporting and the entire life cycle for those items. It's a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. What's not to like? The LinkSquares' team has designed the product with the end-user in mind. And they are consistently updating the tool with us in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using LinkSquares to manage our contracts and policies. The tool is helping us to optimize the workflows surrounding those items. Users are better positioned to be active participants. We're shortening the timeline from contract receipt/review to execution. We're streamlining our policy management process. We can track approvals. We can build front-to-end workflows for a painless user experience.
Top Notch Contract Management Product with Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
As the administrator for my company, Linksquares provided a top-notch onboarding phase. They are willing to work at whatever speed your company can handle. They are constantly making improvements to their product and are looking for their users to provide them with ideas for future enhancements. Linksqures allows all contracting needs with multiple integrations into a streamlined workflow to help keep us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part was transitioning from a folder structure to their tag structure. Moving all of the agreements included a lot of clean-up on our end, but then we had to think through the best tag structure process that we would not have to go through that action all over again but allow for the simplicity of finding an agreement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved our agreements from cloud storage to LinkSquares to allow more excellent visibility on the data within our deals. Linksquares OCR and AI provide us with data that we would never have thought were helpful. We are creating a data-driven infrastructure for our departments to increase automation and a decrease in the hours used for simple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares product has been excellent for our organization. The customer service has been something special. While LinkSquares' out-of-box product does the trick for contract management, we have utilized the platform to assist with other organizational needs, such as policy management. They have been very accommodating across the board, customizing the product where possible for our workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we do not have anything to dislike about this product. LinkSquares has been very flexible in creating solutions where we need them. We would recommend this product to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution for contract management, looking at contracts at a glance, and keeping ahead of contract renewals. We also have utilized for policy management and setting renewals for our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares provides incredible visibility and transparency to legal, sales, and cross-functional teams from a contracts perspective. It allows all groups to be on the same page and solves any confusion around who is working on what and when. LinkSquares also makes it very easy for sales teams never to leave SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, integrated LinkSquares and SalesForce has created such an easy workflow for contracts and contract management that it is hard to state what I 'dislike' about the platform. Everyone at LinkSquares receives feedback very well and is always looking to improve the system. Win-win for both parties!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving is transparency and efficiency when it comes to contract managing. Previously, we worked within a homegrown system that didn't provide the best level of detail to sales when it came to their contracts. LinkSquares has helped us work more intelligently and more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely do it! It will help ease your legal organization and other teams/departments you work with to provide quicker and more efficient contract management processes!
Simple Software and you can achieve great results with a very simple process
What do you like best about the product?
The Process is simple, email the document to a specific email address, it gets uploaded and appears in your pending list.
Click on the new item, verify the scan was good and found the relevant expiration date and involved parties and release it. It could not be easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Good functionality. I only wish the automatic scanning would be a little quicker or there were an option to cancel the automatic scan and add the info manually, which would make some days for a faster process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of contractual documents like NDAs and other agreements that need to be renewed or reviewed after a specific period. Before, it was 100% manual, now it is 95% automated.
Solid Solution to Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
Primarily, it is the overall simplicity of the solution. As a start-up, with limited resources, we needed a solution that was simple and straightforward. Found that here. At prior companies, we used a solution that required constant upkeep and maintenance, not so with LinkSquares. While there is some QC process required after uploading the agreements, it doesn't take much effort and certainly not daily. I looked at a number of solutions before deciding on LinkSquares. As always, it is a question of features and price. LinkSquares did more than hit the right balance, it excels on features and was very price competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about the solution. Unfortunately, I have only been able to adopt the Analyze portion of the solution. But if the Finalize portion is as well-built as the Analyze portion, it is going to be a great addition to the platform. I look forward to being able to implement that soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem I needed to solve with LinkSquares was an ability to find completed agreements. Prior to my arrival, the company stored all agreements in an email alias. It was challenging to find anything when needed. "Do we have an NDA with X?" That was a dreaded question. Now, with LinkSquares, I have the answer in seconds and can shoot a copy of the agreement to the requester with minimal effort. At the end of the day, LinkSquares has been a huge time saver and gives me the confidence as to whether we have an agreement with a third party or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of solutions out there and everyone has different needs and requirements. The search process was a bit overwhelming. However, anyone considering a solution should look at LinkSquares. Pick 3-5 to do a demo with each of them. Ask lots of questions. But in the end, there will be some compromise on features and price. As indicated earlier, LinkSquares definitely hit the right balance for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is straightforward, easy to navigate, and my assigned support team is super helpful with uber-fast responses and guidance when I hit a snag.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a strong word, but I wish there were a recycle bin. So on the off chance something is accidentally deleted, I can retrieve myself rather than having to wait for my assigned support team to help me do so.

The tags make different types of documents super easy to find.

The customer success team is very organized and helpful and the product is straightforward to implement and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. We have had issues with using the sync email to upload existing contracts but love the feature anyway. Also, the AI isn't perfect at consistently identifying correct terms but, overall, not a big deal.
Update: LinkSquares fixed the email sync issues we were experiencing, which is great because this is a very convenient feature for our team.

We didn't have a contract management system before this. This product has helped us create a streamlined process for agreement requests, review, tracking, and reporting.

LinkSquares Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares team has been highly communicative and responsive to our questions and issues throughout the process. The product is generally quite intuitive and easy to work with, but whenever we've had minor issues the team has been ready to jump in and provide further input. The way that the LinkSquares Analyze, Finalize, and Clause Library products interact with each other will simplify and improve our contracting process.
We have been particularly impressed with LinkSquares' reporting functionality, which has allowed us to easily seek out contractual language we've used previously. It's intuitive and quick to use.
We've also been impressed with the continued addition of new features and improvements to the platform, particularly with respect to the updates and improvements of the dynamic language functionality in Finalize.

What do you dislike about the product?
As we've worked on adding our initial contracts to the LinkSquares system, there have been a couple of very minor functionalities that would be nice to have to help us better sort through our backlog of contracts, but there haven't been any major issues. LinkSquares has been responsive to the issues we bring up and have indicated that certain fixes for some of these minor issues will be rolled out in future versions of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small legal team with a substantial volume of contracts that are unwieldy to manage by hand. LinkSquares allows us to process contract requests in a timely manner and helps us better find particular elements in our existing executed agreements.
We find the Finalize tool particularly helpful for our business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Linksquares for a few weeks now, and the product is great. Very user-friendly platform and easy to use. The customer service team is also excellent!

We are solving our contracts organization and contracts management issues. Linksquares allows us to organize contracts via tags, among other features, which is highly efficient as it will enable us to look up contracts quickly.
