What do you like best about the product?
Reporting capability and uniformity of file naming convention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flat file structure can make it more difficult to find all related documents (e.g., MSA and all ORDER forms)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing key metrics in all docs and reporting out to relevant departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI and OCR Aspects of Analyze are the strongest attributes of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finalize still has a ways to go. The workflows have not been super organic with our company structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we are primarily trying to add to our arsenal is the ability to track key workflow metrics and also leverage the Analyze tool to assist with large business based information gathering and auditing projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you REALLY do your research with regards to the Finalize pre-signature tool. It is a new tool and there is a lot of development that still needs to be implemented. For the cost, you may be better off using another pre-signature tool and then upload executed agreements to the Analyze tool.
LinkSquares makes the Contracts Department more productive.
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has helped us organize our contracts and has accelerated our ability to sort, analyze and work with our contracts. When requested to find contracts with specific content, LinkSquares streamlines the work. Instead of having to review a significant number of contracts, we are able to submit a search and then review specific contracts that have the content we are seeking.
Recently, the executive management team needed to find contracts containing specific wording combinations. By using LinkSquares, the Contracts Department was able to complete the work in hours. Without LinkSquares, this work would have taken days and possibly weeks to complete. LinkSquares not only gave us a list of the appropriate contracts, it also provided us with the line from the contract that contained the specific wording. So, we were quickly able to identify which contracts actually met the executive team's criteria by reviewing this information. Without LinkSquares, we would have had to read / review each contract to complete the requested list.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to review contract content after a contract has been uploaded, because the AI doesn't always extract details perfectly. That being said, it still accelerates uploading contracts into the application and finding information within those contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a complete view of our contracts and are able to report on the content. We are able to search and find specific content much easier than without LinkSquares. We are able to streamline working with our sales team in generating new contracts.
Excellent OCR and AI enables searchable contracts and knowledge of NDA expiration dates
What do you like best about the product?
There are two main things I like best: 1) the ability to search for terms and phrases in all of our historical contracts, and 2) the ability to get a report and listing of when important NDAs will be expiring, thus avoiding the situation where we could technically be operating without an active NDA.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still working on the user interface. Sometimes I need to hover over the contract title to see the whole thing (when we have long contract titles).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily we needed to have better visibility into our NDAs, and also, we needed the ability to search through active and legacy contracts to ensure that we are using the best terms in new contracts.
2022 Update: Also, the Clause Library has proven to enable faster and better contract drafting editing where new contracts should have sections/language more in line with previous contract language. Very fast and easy to find and use my "go to" contract terms. This feature continues to improve as I use LinkSquares since I continue to add my most useful/favorite sentences/paragraphs to the Clause Library.

Very fast and easy to find and use my "go to" contract terms. This feature continues to improve as I use LinkSquares since I continue to add my most useful/favorite sentences/paragraphs to the Clause Library.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The quality of OCR and the quality of the AI algorithms is important. Searching and ability to use the data are highly dependent on these two things.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is fantastic. They are there to help you work through your specific use case and always want your feedback. The platform is expanding to additional resources which is always great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no task list to create to track what has been reviewed in due diligence. I hear it's in the works to add on the roadmap. Being able to separate out different client documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing due diligence on contracts for divestiture separation activities. This is one part of our process. We are looking to see how we can add Finalize to drive greater value on the contract negotiation side of our work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LinkSquares has a different approach than most CLMs which is why I like them so much. The product is developed in thoughtful ways, which is extremely important, but most important is the team being the product. They are wonderful to work with, are highly responsive which is critical for our project deadlines, and are always interested in our feedback. We can see the product being developed with our needs in mind and makes us stick with them as a valued partner!
Best document management system with great implementation team
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares' ability to analyze and organize documents is far greater than any other system. Being able to report on the terms of a set of documents within minutes has sped up our efficiencies, along with being able to organize our documents in an accessible manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any implementation with another system takes time, and it's not a criticism of LinkSquares but recognizing implementation can take longer when integrating with our other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing the time it tasks to analyze contracts drastically as this is no longer a manual process. We are also increasing our ability to access contracts more quickly through better organization.
LinkSquares is great - so east to use & the customer service is awesome.

I love how organized it is and how quickly I can find any document I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much we dislike about LinkSqaures, but sometimes the AI picks up on things that aren't actually words/parties in the documents

We're solving the problem of keeping our documents organized and in one place. We love the benefit of being able to tag documents that are part of a specific project

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can search thousands of contracts to find what I need with ease.

The reporting function could be a little more user-friendly.

The ability to search thousands of contracts when a member of the organization has an inquiry.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer friendly UI and functionality to help scale legal department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult adoption that, in our case, is the result of a complicated contracting structure, SalesForce set up, and the corporate structure of our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Legal Team is now able to more easily review and analyze legacy contracts. As we build out our product roadmap we are able to review those legacy agreements to understand what data we can and cannot use and how we can use that data to begin with. Further, we are able to better track compliance with custom arrangements with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand ramp up period and timeline. Ensure you have an individual capable of managing integration and set up internally.

The ease of reporting and contract organization has helped my team to cease lots of administrative work and focus on value-driving work for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on different terms has not been substantially increased from when purchase. Key items are pulled in, but I wish this would become more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares is surfacing critical information on contracts to the business with its integration into our SFDC platform. The AI analysis has also allowed streamlined efforts of vendor and customer contract reviews with our M&A target companies.
