What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has made a major impact on streamlining my day-to-day tasks and implementation has been a breeze. With migrating a few thousand documents, you can imagine the amount of attention required as we began the customization to meet our needs. The team has been a tremendous help throughout this process and is extremely responsive to any requests we have. As we approach the final stages, we are anxious to roll this out to other integral teams within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The OCR has some difficulty with scanned documents. This will require additional time for contract renaming and tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract intake, reporting and search capability.

Very user-friendly application and the support staff is extremely responsive to inquiries

Would be nice to be able to have limited views without running reports

The security allows us to store all agreements in one database. We had more than 10 databases before

What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares is so intuitive that I rarely need help with navigation. Still, when we're onboarding new team members or Linksquares is rolling out new functionality, the customer success team is proactive in scheduling calls to discuss and support our success with the system. The bulk tagging functionality that Linksqaures recently rolled out has been so helpful for our team as we look to the future of our contract management
What do you dislike about the product?
There hasn't been anything about Linksquares so far that I dislike. The team is responsive to any requests or initiatives we have, and I couldn't be more pleased. Additional reporting functionality would be great but based on my conversations with our reps, that functionality is something Linksqaures will be rolling out shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares is great for our team because of the searchability of our documents. The search feature has been one of the most valuable things for us. In addition, the ability to add our terms to track has been helpful for us.

Search capabilities, User interface and Workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that has been identified!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tango Therapeutics was trying to replace a more complicated system with very poor customer service, difficulties in configuring/maintaining the system and unnecessary complexities in the design.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has been an effective contract management system for locating our customer agreements. Utilizing the tags feature has helped streamline our searches for specific documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to re-order documents in the linked hierarchy so we can easily view by date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While tracking down our Customer agreements has been incredibly helpful, the ability to run reports and find the specific language we have used in the past has proven beneficial and a real time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LinkSquares is very intuitive. The ease of use coupled with the incredible support we've received while implementing and throughout the first year has been a pleasant experience.

Great document management system!

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares makes it easy to download a document into the system. The tag concept is a great way to allow the user to drill down to a specific date or document type when multiple records exist for the same vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Allow the system to detect all caps in a name (ie. ABC Company, LLC instead of it reading it as Abc Company, Llc).

2. Allow the option to add addtional items to a current agreement rather than having to delete it out of the system, update and then reenter it as a new record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares allowed our company to have a document database with many functions (view the scanned document, easy search function, and the ability to run various reports).

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can create as many personalized tags as you like for easier searching of documents
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything about Linksquares that I do not like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linksquares sends an e-mail to me every Monday showing me upcoming events such as autorenewals. Linksquares also has the benefit of being able to allow only a certain audience of the business to view highly confidential documents.

A single source of truth for contract management. We now have one place that everyone can rely upon for the single source of truth.

LinkSquares acts more like a partner than a vendor
