LinkSquares allows you to efficiently operationalize your end to end contracting process.
What do you like best about the product?
The people at LinkSquares are highly responsive. Also, the system allows us to efficiently manage our contracts process flow and provides our business insights into our contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. They are growing fast and delivering tech as quickly as you request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved our legal intake process with LinkSquares. We have also solved the lack of knowing what was in our contracts. The AI affords us the ability to find anything we need in our contracts.
LinkSquares has been everything we were looking for in a contract repository.
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has the best AI we've seen after looking at at least 10 different companies. The addition of human eyes assisting with OCR on very old/poorly scanned documents is unique and makes this product stand out. There are over 50 terms, many of which do not pertain to our line of business, that their AI looks for and automatically tags and no one else comes close to that, if they even have AI tags at all. The onboarding team is very engaged and proactive in helping identify all of our business uses for their product. Our dedicated team members respond to inquiries very quickly and provide thorough answers. The OCR has been perfect and that's impressive considering everything was scanned in. We can now search for any word or phrase within all of our documents and be confident the OCR picked up all of the documents. We could not be happier with LinkSquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to find something to dislike about LinkSquares, it would be their not having a customer service department for phone calls. This hasn't been an issue yet, as our onboarding team has been around whenever we needed them, but could be a little problem later. They may add a customer service team for phone calls as they grow their business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have key contract terms such as termination dates, change-in-control clauses, and automatic renewal clauses tracked by AI. That saves us a lot of time from manually storing this information on a spreadsheet. We could not search for words within agreements with our old system, and now we can search for specific words or phrases throughout every agreement we have. The AI has saved us so much time and that makes this product extremely beneficial to us.
LinkSquares: Simplifying Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using LinkSquares for our business for the past two years, which has been essential. The software is incredibly user-friendly and has simplified our contract management process. All contracts are securely stored in a centralized database, making searching, retrieving, and analyzing contract data simple. One of the standout features is the contract tracking and notification system. We receive timely alerts for key contract milestones, such as renewal dates and expiration deadlines. The support team has been exceptional, providing timely assistance and promptly addressing concerns. They have also been receptive to feedback and continuously update the software with new features and improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most CLM platforms, it could lack flexibility when tailoring the system to match specific business processes or unique contract requirements. As a result, managing an expanding contract portfolio could be difficult, and possibly invest in alternative solutions or manual workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companies often struggle with limited visibility into their contract portfolio, making tracking contract status, renewal dates, and binding obligations challenging. However, LinkSquares provides a centralized repository where contracts are stored, enabling easy access, tracking, and management of contract data. This enhanced visibility allows companies to have better control over their contracts, reducing the risk of missed deadlines, non-compliance, and financial losses. And by automating compliance checks, reminders, and approvals, LinkSquares has reduced the risk of non-compliance and missed deadlines.

The bulk editing types and tags feature will be your friend.

Active Linksquares: Real World Usage Review
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of uploading contracts and documents into one spot thereby allowing the OCR technology to scan text to leverage queries-based smart values/tags. Allows for easy, mass-migration of digitized contracts into actionable cross-contract queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart tag pricing is a bit too a la carte: would appreciate more smart tags being available at the outset (in exchange for a higher fee). Dislike the fact that MS Excel-based contract fee schedule data cannot be incorporated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Harnessing the data available in our thousands of contracts as well as keeping track of key terms including scheduling ticklers concerning contract renewal timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with all other facets if software, the time you spend implementing and maximizing the training opportunities, the quicker you can ramp up and incorporating this powerful decision-making tool.
Invaluable for Managing Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares has provided us with the ability to search terms, run reports, manage contracts, flag, populate, and set reminders for accounts by different dates. It has been an invaluable service for us, and we're just at the tip of the iceberg as far as learning its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Figuring out what search terms to run can sometimes prove difficult, so it does require you to spend time getting to know the program and how it works. Thankfully our dedicated reps are amazing, patient, and willing to spend the amount of time it takes to help us understand how it works so that it can continue to be an asset to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running reports which look for very specific terms, being able to summarize a contract at a glance, and keeping ahead of renewals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize your reps and get to know LinkSquares well. The more knowledgeable you are about how it works, the happier you will be with what it can do for you.
Great tool for contract management
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares OCR tool is amazing--it has allowed us to be able to search even pictures of PDFs that were uploaded into Linksquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously not being able to differentiate between MSAs and SOWs--but Linksquares recently rolled out SOWs as a document type which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a contract management system in place. We had a cloud storage vessel, but it wasn't easily searchable, it wasn't very intuitive, we couldn't use boolean searches. It made finding any sort of document near impossible. And there was no OCR function, so if we didn't know the exact name of the document itself (what it was saved as), we'd never find it. Linksquares solved that problem.

I enjoy how LinkSquares can analyze a complex document and pull out the essential pieces of information and organize it for easy consumption.

I can't say there's anything I currently dislike about using LinkSquares.

LinkSquares is helping us solve the problem of finding very specific, mission-critical information in thousands of documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to tag people and track feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to edit within the tool (which will be changing soon).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone's comments and edits in one place vs. multiple email threads.
Quickly developing and responsive contract management system
What do you like best about the product?
Using Finalise to templatize our standard agreements to be able to offer and increase self-service throughout the business
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minor UX issues that niggle but these are being worked on and removed all the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has provided us with centralized storage for all our executed agreements with the benefits or AI and OCR to aid speedy retrieval, and allowed us to rollout self service of standard forms to the business.
Using the Finalize templates and being able to store versions throughout negotiation is clear, straight forward and saves a great deal of time.
