LinkSquares provides an innovative approach to Contract management
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares makes it easy to track and analyze contracts post execution. It enables our legal team to spend less time searching for specific information by tediously and manually combing through agreements. It also is very user oriented in that we can customize our organization scheme as much as we want, while still having a sound foundational structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI features are still in initial phases of development, and thus do not always deliver the level of sophistication in AI analysis we would like, but we know that LinkSquares is rapidly moving to progress it's functionality and AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the basic problem of storing and organizing contracts, while adding a level of sophistication that helps us search by topic, party, term, or literally any other category you can think of. It also helps us solve front end problems like template generation, ensuring an agreement doesn't fall through the cracks in passing between parties, and version controls.
Great experience helping to organize contracts and make it searchable
What do you like best about the product?
Their AI was really helpful in tagging sections of contracts that I need to quickly gather (i.e. all types of contracts that are related to the sale of product X). This also allowed us to set alerts when contracts are coming due so that we can be proactive when looking towards renewals and not waiting until the last minute due to oversight.
I also have to give a shout-out to the team I've worked with over there. They have been super helpful in designing what we need out of the system and really quick to help if I have questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that has been an issue was the initial setup. It was a little bit more cumbersome than I would have liked, but that was mostly our issue with not having enough capacity (or dedicated resources with bandwidth) to focus on setting up the tags and other helpful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I've realized in the short time we have been using LinkSquares is that we can now quickly search our contract base and pull all deals that have shared characteristics (i.e. same products sold, same customers).
User Friendly and simple to understand
What do you like best about the product?
The library set up in Analyze and the search tools to narrow down the search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, I am still getting familiar with the software so I have not had many issues.

Organization, efficiency, and accuracy of contract management.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has helped us segment our documents and get right to the info we need without wasting time trying to read through other parts of the doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike; it's easy to use and provides excellent data points!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding specific terms in a lengthy contract can be time-consuming; LinkSquares saves us a ton of time by making the data easy to find and query.

The implementation team there is fantastic; they have a pool of experts to guide you through the whole process.
Meeting more & more contract needs
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares efficiency with OCR, data extraction and storage has been exemplary; their new abilities for smart terms & tagging are very helpful to develop reports. The finalize stage is outstanding version control for pre-signature contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time. Working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LS has been great assistance for reporting, now can identify certain phrases etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Demo the end to end process; there are many tools offered for both pre-signature & post-signature. Pull together a project plan, scrub your data before loading.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really want the web page should load quickly but sometimes loading take too much time. I am not sure this is because of my work location (outside USA).

LinkSquares helps us streamline our day-to-day tasks
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is helping our contracts and compliance team streamline our day-to-day tasks; providing more reliable and predictable contract management. It's great to be able to search for a contract in LinkSquares Analyze and immediately put my hands on what I'm looking for, without having to look through multiple folders and locations, hoping I remembered all of them. We're leveraging the Request and Intake features of LinkSquares Finalize to build a vendor onboarding process that gives us an auditable record of how we vet new vendors, in addition to ensuring all vendor contracts come in through a single channel. The LinkSquares Customer Success team has been very responsive and helpful in getting us whatever support we need, seeing us through our challenges and enabling our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some organization and sorting features we've requested to make it easier to, well, organize and sort through all our documents. We've already seen some improvement in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving contract intake, request, search and storage.
Great Platform for an In-house Legal Team
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the product, the customer service is phenomenal. LinkSquares cares about your department's needs and works to either help you find solutions within the platform or add features to the roadmap to make new solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, as the team consistently works to address your concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searchability and reporting were areas where we needed the most support, and the platform has evolved to provide excellent capabilities in both areas. The updated UI has made in platform searches even simpler.
LinkSquares | AI-Powered Contract Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Its AI based complete CLM solution. LinkSquares Clause Library helps in building repository of standard contract clauses from contracts. AI can extract key data from all agreements and help in Analyzing. Integrate eaisly with e-signature tools. We can also create contracts directly in Salesforce just with drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which I dislike about LinkSquare, even if feature is missing or we come across issue their support is amazing who listen to customer and either solve them immediately or add in their roadmap as enhancement. Excellent support!!

Linksquares saved time, and their unparalleled customer service makes them a joy to work with.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Linksquares is the AI tagging and the searchability of the documents after they've been OCRd. It makes it much easier to find specific clauses, and the ability to track termination deadlines has been immensely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances where the OCR version of the document that the AI reviews misses some of the key pieces or includes an extra counterparty. It isn't difficult to catch these items during review, and the addition of the "processing" tab has helped highlight those items that need review, but you do have to double-check key information when uploading new agreements.

We're providing easy access to our contract repository to the whole firm and removing the legal team as a middle man, giving business units a better look at the contracts under their purview.
