What do you like best about the product?
SmartLinks, synchronize DocuSign email; tags, maintain a uniform naming convention
What do you dislike about the product?
The naming convention places the parties' names first, and the file name is lengthy. Including our company's name in the file name is unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage contracts and provide access to other business team users. Identify mutual versus unilateral NDAs. Create a calendar for renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is very intuitive and supported by an awesome team of responsive people. It was easy to implement, and set up and works wonderfully. In contrast to other products our legal team has used it is by far superior.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t found anything about the product we don’t like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product provides us a stabile repository for our completed agreements and a user friendly platform to draft agreements in native applications. The workflows are great and have given our team a transparent view of where their agreements are in the process as well has saved us a lot of time chasing down folks to do their part to make things happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on the fence about going to a software with AI to manage your agreement life cycle go with LinkSquares. It will be the best $ you’ve spend and well worth the ROI.

Excellent CLM product with first class customer support

What do you like best about the product?
We have been LinkSquares customers for almost three years, and it has proved invaluable, not just to my team but to our company as a whole. Acquisitions are part of the growth of so many businesses, and LinkSquares allows us to quickly integrate newly acquired contracts smoothly, while making files readable and reportable so our teams can quickly assess obligations and identify potential issues. The platform itself is very user-friendly with robust reporting and analytics capabilities. As fantastic as the platform is, where LinkSquares really shines is their people. The account management and support teams are second to none. They are responsive and dogged in their efforts to assist and resolve the rare issue that does arise. They truly feel like a partner in the CLM process, and not your typical vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about LinkSquares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized location where our legal and finance teams could securely access the company's business contracts. The user permissions allow for customizing access to particular types of agreements, as opposed to giving users blanket access where it isn't needed. We also needed a solution with reporting capabilities, and LinkSquares meets that need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I encourage anyone considering LinkSquares to reach out to them for more details. The platform is great, and our account manager is chock full of feedback to maximize our use of LinkSquares based on our curent usage and future goals.

Uploading contracts to the platform is a bit time consuming but once the AI runs its scan, it is well worth it because the agreements are easily searchable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No real problems but need time to learn all the benefits of the technology.

What do you like best about the product?
Data extraction and analytics are unbeatable. The platform itself is very sleek and user-friendly. Customer service is the best and I have found all of the LS employees to be responsive and great to work with. I am in the late stages of implementation and very excited to launch to the rest of my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inputting third party contracts for review and negotiation is not as smooth as other platforms. In general, the workflow portion of the platform is less developed than some other tools; on the flipside, since it's less developed, it's also less prescriptive and isn't primarily useful for sales teams and integration with Salesforce. Also, the platform's UI style is a little more tech-centric than some of the others I looked at. I personally don't mind this but I suspect it could be a little more challenging for some people to learn how to utilize effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of contracts, which can be as simple as just awareness of what contracts exist in the first place and ease in identifying and locating them or as complex as reporting on key terms, termination dates, etc. I am still implementing our contract templates prior to rolling out a contract request/submission process to my organization, and once I do that, I hope to solve a LOT of problems and noise around contract review and negotiation. The primary benefit I've realized is having an organized contract repository with clear visibility into what the contract themselves are, without having to do anything other than upload into the LS platform. Previously had to rename files, create foldering system, and otherwise organize in a very manual way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Demo 4-5 platforms and determine whether your priority is workflow or repository, and whether Salesforce integration is a critical aspect of a CLM. Compare pricing and make sure you only pay for what you need. Think through who/how many users your organization will need and with what type of access (e.g. request submission only vs. visibility into all contracts vs. admin).

Great product and amazing customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The very knowledgeable LinkSquares team walked us through our onboarding process with patience and helpful suggestions. They have remained available to answer questions and provide assistance whenever we've needed it. The product itself is exactly what we were looking for to organize our contracts; the artificial intelligence is accurate and saves a huge amount of time and resources in tracking contract metrics. I also very much appreciate the ongoing innovation and enhancements offered by LinkSquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced any downsides at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've realized benefits in many areas including, contract organization and tracking and event reporting. The tagging system has really helped us categorize our agreements and other legal documents easily and allowed for more specific classifications. It's also super easy to locate documents without having to search through folders.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to maneuver, with even the slightest training.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you make changes to a document name or tags, it doesn't show up until you refresh your screen. And when you refresh the screen, you lose all the personalized view settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of Types, Tags and Tasks have been the greatest help in sorting and searching for contracts and/or customer names. I've also been able to include corporate registration documents and add tasks to calendar their annual report due dates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is truly the most intuitive and user-friendly document management software product I've ever used; and I've in the legal field since 1980.

Fantastic product and even better team

What do you like best about the product?
While the product is fantastic and does exactly what we need it to do (load documents, apply tags, report, etc.), the best part of LinkSquares is the team. Being involved in other implementations, there tends to be a dropoff of support once the initial setup is complete. However, we have been utilizing LinkSquares for months and still have regular check-ins and support anytime we may need between calls. We didn't get dumped into a general helpdesk but instead have multiple contacts that are incredibly quick to respond and assist with anything we may need (or simply answer questions quickly).
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing to dislike with the product. It does everything that we need it to do, and it does it exactly as advertised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a repository to store a massive number of service agreements sent to us from various sources in large batches. Because of this, the naming conventions are not easily edited in a timely manner, making it impossible to search for an individual agreement. LinkSquares allows us not only to store the agreements but also search them based on key terms and run reports in order to easily track them.
