Good Contract Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy flow of the contract management system and ease of use. The user interface is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely some minor bugs in the software but it was more on the backend on the user's role and Linksqaure was quick to resolve the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to automate our contract flow with the business side and the Legal team.
Great platform, even better people
What do you like best about the product?
The AI capabilities of the platform are second to none. Combined with the fantastic people we've worked with from sales to implementation, can't recommend enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we don't really have anything to complain about. We will have to do some tagging clean-up, which will take some time, but smart tagging is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a central repository, an easy way to find documents, and no analytics or dashboarding around contractual terms and conditions. Now we have all of that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend having operations people and other users join demonstrations, so they can see first-hand how well the product works.

The tagging and reporting features of the product make it easy to identify and sort by specific contracts, terms, and dates. The team is second to none and has met all of our requests quickly and professionally!

LinkSquares has provided a center of truth for all our contract data and helped us better organize our contracts
Exceptional Product
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has provided the analysis and insight we needed to effectively mine data from our contracts. Prior to LinkSquares, we would spend countless hours each month manually reviewing agreements for particular clauses and dates, and now I can simply run reports to find what I need within minutes. The support we have received from LinkSquares has been best in class and the roll out of new features is fast and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about LinkSquares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has helped us get our arms around renewal dates and has enabled us to run a more effective playbook driving renewal cycles. Our legal team has saved substantial time and money by leveraging the platform and reducing manual, slow work.

Great Product and Onboarding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
AI automation capabilities, ease of use, pretty slick features you won't find in most contract management systems

We've just finished our onboarding phase. Nothing to mention yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For startes - all of our contracts now reside under the same roof. The system tags and organizes them for us automatically, making it very easy to search and find what we need.
User Friendly & Comprehensive Data Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares easily converts our contract data into readable and usable reports. The reporting function is extremely important to our shared services teams and the LinkSquares tools more than meet our needs. The ability LinkSquares affords our users to export clauses from our contracts in the repository based on our standard terms and upload that information into an Excel spreadsheet is also invaluable. The bottom line is we save a lot of time using the LinkSquares software, it completely cuts out manual searches through hundres of contracts, and the manual preparation of spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really have dislikes with LinkSquares but we are looking forward to the functions they are adding in the future [a
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares allows our shared services teams to house all of our contracts in one place. The software also allows us to set permissions for our users and assures us that the data accessed by each user is secure.

Contract management, renewals, current/active vendors, vendors by brand/entity.
Fast, accurate, reliable, must-have CMS that just keeps getting better!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using LinkSquares for more than five years now. Even though LS has grown by leaps and bounds since I first became a customer, the support and technology remain best in class. It is precise, accurate, fast, and flexible. Their customer support and technical expertise remain top-notch, and seamless between their agents. LinkSquares has made it a core competency to understand their clients, their day-to-day tasks, gaps, needs, problems, workflows and builds their product with that understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I remain at a loss for anything I dislike. Rather, we would like to have a mobile app or mobile-optimized view for our "greatest hits" - tag searches, download original and send as attachment quickly, crop and copy/paste portions. I've never seen any CMS do this, and if LS decides to build mobile features like this, I'm sure they'll do a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast, efficient organization of contracts. Team and company-wide reporting. Light-speed builds of diligence datarooms. We move quicker, we are more accurate, we save time and money allowing us to focus on building our business rather than troubleshooting for lost files or missing information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a trial evaluation from any CMS or CLM system using your OWN contracts. That's how you evaluate a vendor, not via their sample dataset and curated demo meant to work perfectly. If it works with your worst sample documents, it will work when you load the rest of your (messy/disorganized) documents into it.

The functionality that gives legal teams an opportunity to be strategic thinkers and partners.

The tool is still evolving, therefore some features are more mature than others.

Single source of truth for contracts. Ability to measure risk for the business.
