Life Saver during diligence periods
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares gives my team the ability to nimbly navigate extremely stressful and difficult due diligence periods, quickly pulling responsive documents without the need for tedious manual review. LS has proved itself a lifesaver several times over and we are very happy customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a standalone mobile app but understand the technology / dev work needs to be focused on the core product at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract organization and management. Able to pull responsive documents at the touch of a button.

One Stop Shop for Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares serves all of my contract needs. From lifecycle management on the front end to contract analysis on the back end, it truly provides end-to-end support and insights. Linksquares can be leveraged for both customer and vendor contracts and provides valuable insights into legacy agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linksquares is constantly innovating; it is hard to keep abreast of all the new rollouts and functionality. Their marketing announcements and updates are fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the first in-house GC for my organization, Linksquares gives me tremendous insight into analyzing our legacy agreements and running customer reports. The Finalize offering standardized our contracting process and provides oversight and control by the legal department.

LinkSquares is amazingly easy to use. For as complex a product as it is, the user interface is smart, intuitive, and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an industry perspective, LinkSquares has room to make improvements specifically in the Real Estate sector. This will be solved when they add industry-specific Smart Values and document types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has helped organize a mass of haphazardly filed contracts into a simple, searchable database.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The expert support team at LinkSquares will walk you through all you need to know. That said, when considering this product, I highly recommend you begin assembling a central area for all contracts to be uploaded. It will massively simplify your onboard experience.
Great platform with top notch support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly and if anyone on our team has any questions the customer support is great. They are available quickly and always happy to jump on a quick call or zoom if needed. Additionally, there are so many ways to streamline processes and dig up data within documents that was not possible for our organization prior to working with LinkSquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the Finalize portion of LinkSquares not to require a download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability, transparency, and ability to easily navigate our document repository.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend giving the LinkSquares Team a call to see if it fits for your team. I was skeptical to begin with, but it has been beneficial for our organization.
Best management tool for our contracts; lives up to hype 1 year in.
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares not only provides us excellent OCR to make even grainy scanned agreements searchable, it also enables us to search all of our contracts for language and terms we need. While I don't use it every day, when I do use it, it saves us a bunch of time and also results in contracts with consistent language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company doesn't necessarily need all of the SmartValues, but the ones we do use really help us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously would discover after-the-fact that some NDAs were expired when business needed to resume with a partner. Now we can get ahead of the expiration dates and anticipate when NDAs will be expiring. Many less exipred NDAs coming across my desk for renewals now.
Simple repository with next level AI
What do you like best about the product?
Service has been remarkable, as Nav and others at LS are always available for detailed explanations, help, customizations, etc. Every company should have access to these tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Highly affordable with easily understandable pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues that we have encountered are typically based on our own internal operations or procedures. LinkSquares is always willing to assist us with getting to the next level.

It's easy to use, reporting is super helpful

With any software be very proscriptive about what data goes in so that the result is best

Easier than Box or Dropbox for search and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Uploading contracts is as easy as adding an attachment to an email. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found is that, to date, there is no automatic email sent when review of the contract by LS is complete. Very, very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing a "birds eye" legal review for ALL contracts, regardless of size. Empowers negotiation for better terms at all levels.
