Just completed onboarding - extremely satisfied thus far!
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares has an incredibly accurate AI that (1) sorts documents into various pre-set categories of "types" and "tags" and (2) pulls important relevant information from contracts automatically (such as renewal date, governing law, counterparty, etc.). My company is using LinkSquares to replace a legacy system where this information had to be entered manually, so we're saving countless hours of manpower. We just completed the onboarding process, so I'll try to update my review in 6-12 months' time, but I will also say that the LinkSquares customer success team is incredibly responsive, flexible, friendly, and helpful. They've gone out of their way (and usual processes) to help get my company up and running, including customizing the onboarding process for the nuances of our industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is that there isn't the ability to sort documents into folders. Instead, documents are "tagged." So on the main page, you'd see all X number of agreements, all with various tags. This can look intimidating to a first-time user, and I'd prefer the ability to grant (for example) read-only access to a folder in the event a business unit outside of Legal needs to view or review documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of previous manual processes have freed up countless hours to focus on other critical tasks. And with every document being automatically OCR'ed, we can easily search the text of our thousands and thousands of agreements - and run reports with much more ease and efficiency.
Great Contract Management Tool with Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it very easy to locate specific contracts based on any number of different criteria. The fact that each contract undergoes an OCR process so that it is full-text searchable takes a lot of the guesswork out of locating all contracts that contain certain provisions. What I like best about the product is the excellent customer support. Our customer success contact, Matt, has spent many hours with us training us on use of the product, helping us to create complex custom searches and just generally being really responsive to all our questions about how to get the most value out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality, while powerful, is sometimes challenging to use, but as per above, the team at Linksquares is always willing and ready to help us create searches to get the results we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to generate reports listing soon-to-expire contracts, identify contracts which contain deviations from our standard operating procedures, and generally locate all the contracts which meet certain criteria, which previously was a hit-and-miss exercise which depended on institutional knowledge.
Proven To Be Effective
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares listens to the needs and wants of the client. Overall, any request suggested they have proven the ability to execute in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning of our partnership we ran into a few issues. They have since been worked out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has helped me stay organized. The benefit of being able to search for a document within LinkSquares, without having to look through paper files, is a huge time saver.
A Great Contract Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The system itself is very useful. Our legal team uses it often and we have expanded the users to other departments in the company. It is a great way to store contracts in an organized way and allows us to find them easily with the tagging system. We often run reports that can show which contracts are soon to expire or have certain terms we need to track. The customer service we have received has been so impressive and to know that we have that support really makes the experience the best it could be. Matt Noyes has been available for us and our team with no hesitation and we appreciate it so much!
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function doesn't have the most applicable on top. For e.g., if you were to search "Smith Company" - the Smith Company documents are mixed in with any document that has "Smith" or "Company" in it. It would be nice if the most applicable were on top and any other documents using the search words fell below.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A large benefit we have found is the ability to run reports. The ability to pull the information from contracts to allow us to have a full picture of the contracts we have and where we are at saves us a large amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and time management has surpassed my expectations. Wonderful Product and team. Working with Matt and Dylan was great. Their customer service was incredible and on point!
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of anything at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have immediate access to all of our contracts. Within the contracts, we are able to access searchable text relating to the terms and conditions. Overall, this is a great product with amazing customer service.
Great contract management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Linksquares makes it very easy to upload and stored contracts. It's very helpful to search for contracts and run useful reports. The reports enable us to communicate important information to our internal clients, review key clauses, find contractual obligations for particular issues, and provide a window into the legal department's activities for board and management transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be tweaked to make it a little easier to find specific contracts. The report outputs could be improved by providing visualization tools (charts, graphs, etc) that would help users better interpret the data that the reports generate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can provide monthly reports on new agreements, expiring agreements, or determine how many current contracts have specific obligations in regards to many different things (e.g. non-solicitation clauses). We can also ensure that documents have the correct naming conventions and when they are set for expiry, renewal, and other important issues that occur in the contract lifecycle.
Great Product, Great Team
What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares Analyze platform is simple and easy to use. Machine learning allows users to find documents very quickly, even older, difficult to read PDFs. The LinkSquares team is also very attentive and helpful. They're always eager to help and provide training sessions for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the machine learning is effective once complete, it does take awhile to process the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares provides a one-stop-shop for all company agreements, and gives admins control over who can access what. Rather than keeping everything in G Drive or Dropbox, LinkSquares provides a dedicated location for contracts and other legal documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Having been a LinkSquares customer and avid user for over a year, the best part is the team. Whenever I'd like a key extraction change or require assistance with manipulating key reporting metrics, the LinkSquares team is always available. They have been understanding & extremely helpful during the LinkSquares & SalesForce integration process. Additionally, we schedule bi-weekly check-ins, which allow us to evaluate our goals and keep us aligned with the next steps. The constant communication and strong teamwork have developed into a great business collaboration!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about this product. I look forward to any upgrades/updates in the future to see what is next to offer with LinkSquares!

We are benefiting from using LinkSquares from an automation perspective and mitigating manual work and the inconsistencies that come along with that.
Fantastic Contract Management Database that has Simplified and Saved Time
What do you like best about the product?
Our contracts are now organized and terms are located within seconds when performing a search.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the retrieved contract after searching for a word or clause is a bit challenging to navigate through due to the format after the AI and OCR process. Overall, the results are there but the layout view of the contract could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Customer service we have received from Matt and Dylan since the inception of using the Linksquares product has been fantastic! From our initial training, integrating the product with Salesforce and understanding our company needs, Matt & Dylan have efficiently taken us through the process. They respond to emails and calls quickly as well as answer any questions anyone on our team may have. There have not been any problems with using Linksquares, mostly user error or questions that are quickly resolved. The primary benefit of using Linksquares provides us immediate access to our contracts and searchable text relating to the terms and conditions.
Exceptional Contract Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares application is easy to maneuver and user friendly. They offer many customizations to fit the organization's practices. The case managers and consultants were prompt and professional about staying on task and getting the system running at optimizational speeds. We were impressed with the fact that the system is capable of smart reading our documents and pulling out key data at upload. Our overall experience with LinkSquares was satisfactory and we would recommend their business to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization handles third-party, we would have liked it to be able to migrate fee schedules in legible formats for analysis. Besides this, LinkSquares had met all of our needs.

LinkSquares was able to assist us in organizing our contracts into a single location vs digging through multiple folders in the directory. This also made it easier to locate specific contracts requiring attention.
