What do you like best about the product?
being able to search documents for key words and seeing a breakdown of the document. Before I had used a database that would not allow me to search contracts without just doing it manually so switching to LinkSquares made things significantly faster and easier for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything right now. I have liked everything that I have used on LinkSquares. I really only use it to search contracts and look through them to collect information and for that it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
some of the older documents are poorly scanned and cannot be searched. LinkSquares makes it so I can search through all the documents that I need to look at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am still pretty new to it so this one is a little hard to answer.

What do you like best about the product?
The contract repository has been incredibly helpful to all areas of our business and has allowed our legal team to be a more proactive business partner. Our team at LinkSquares (Adam & Dylan) have been very responsive, helpful, and answer all of our questions that have come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for specific items can, at times, be a little clunky until you are more familiar with the product, but everything else has been easy and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a repository that works well for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The email upload and AI coding of tags and agreement types.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes at this point. They are continually improving the product and adding capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central repository with intelligent tagging that is easily querriable. This made my last due diligence process a breeze.

Enjoy the Simplicity of It

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy system to use, and getting to the underlying information is quick and intuitive. Compared to other platforms out there, in my opinion, there is nothing close when you consider value/dollar.
What do you dislike about the product?
In early-stage versions, the "tagging" mechanism was lacking. I know they have made improvements since, and plan to continue to evolve the system. I'm glad we were an early adopter and we look forward to further improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract administration. The major benefit is having all our contracts in one place versus scattered everywhere on individual devices and in shared folders that take forever to find.

Great Contract Management System

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature is by far the best and most useful feature to find specific terms and information in contracts. In a close second and in connection with the reporting feature, it's wonderful to have all of our contracts readable for a search due to LinkSquares' OCI feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tags are hit or miss. The smart tags are great, but the auto-populated tags can be really all over the place and don't really help to group contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for issues to watch out for in the future, being alerted when a contract is coming up for renewal, and having an easily accessible contracts management system that is user friendly for the whole company has been very helpful/valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Ease of creating reports and sorting, tagging data. I enjoy being able to set up various login types.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of data in one place and it would be beneficial to be able to create folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. It's easy for reps to login and find contracts as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The on-boarding process was painless, and the intuitive meta-tagging was great. Making our large contract repository searchable by terms, even if the quality of our PDFs were less-than-perfect, is a incredible. Great responsive team, and worth the switch from our previous vendor. Mass uploading for large amounts of documents was very easy, and then editing and creating our tags was a simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once loaded, some contracts will need to be renamed, as they may not be tagged by the Title they were submitted with. With over 1000 documents, this can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing self-help from my Executive Team, as well as search-ability across our business silos is incredibly easy. Training executives with help from LinkSquares was well done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an innovative product to help you organize your contracts for search and reporting, LinkSquares works great. Further, compared to other solutions, it is very afforable.

What do you like best about the product?
Contracts are made searchable and easy to use. Especially during COVID, Linksquares has created continuity for our team from working at the office to at home. They have been instrumental in creating a cloud-based back office that we have prioritized since the pandemic forced us to work from home. The customer service is unparalleled with other cloud-based systems we have implemented. Adam Jackson, our account manager, has been there for our Company every step of the way, from implementation to continuous improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, the onboarding team is excellent, and we are still making tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are capturing all contracts in one database. The benefit is creating standardization of formats. Some contracts used to be with some employees, in hard or soft copy. There was never one place housing all agreements. Often we would realize after the fact that we had been working off an expired contract. We now get notifications when a contract is set to terminate or renew and no longer have the issue of finding a contract or allowing contracts to lapse inadvertently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand how you want your database to look instead of just doing a data dump. The onboarding team is great and will work with you.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and flexibility to gather data so quickly for reporting and efficient facilitating of the decision-making process. Since being a newer customer, I feel the customer success manager is always available to answer questions and provide links for additional best practices. I like the reporting features and the way it is easily customized, practical, conducive, utilitarian, workable, and user friendly/oriented. We are currently just a little over implementation phase and finding tips and tricks for contributing value. Also, we are able to link related contracts with the many amendments related as needed. It is a very workable solution to many contract managements processes. Additionally, adding the necessary and strategic way an organization can stay on top of contract processes is a clear and worthwhile tool which can assist us across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of sorting and defaulted views we would like to see but, not super important when providing internal information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to find, solve, and accelerate current internal processes along with providing quick and informative use of our time preparing other contracts. Also, we were originally looking for a program/tool that could use our contract portfolio and help us remain current and in compliance across all departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Certainly give this tool strong consideration! Link Squares will provide a demo. They will be available for any questions. You will certainly find that whatever type of contact management process for your organization.

Slick Contract Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares allows me to send new executed contracts straight to it and becomes an easily accessible, searchable contract indexing repository. The AI reads PDFs quickly and accurately and allows searches for contract terms across the platform in a matter of seconds. COVID triggered a project to review all of our Force Majeure provisions and instead of manually pulling each contract and finding the provision, in a matter of minutes I had a full report with the key language from each contract that I needed to review. Saved me days and days of manual review. I highly recommend this software for other General Counsel.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has a need to use the AI to review and import data from customer contracts, without storing them. LinkSquares may not be the best for that niche service, but for what I need in Legal it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID triggered a project to review all of our Force Majeure provisions and instead of manually pulling each contract and finding the provision, in a matter of minutes I had a full report with the key language from each contract that I needed to review. Saved me days and days of manual review. I highly recommend this software for other General Counsel.
