Very flexible and attentive partner
What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares team has been a very flexible and attentive partner to us. They listen to our ideas, advocate for those ideas on their product roadmap, and come through with a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities have strong firepower but need to improve on ease of use, especially for ongoing scheduled reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The three primary problems we are solving are: (1) tracking key renewal terms to help us be more proactive in negotiating better terms at renewal; (2) using LinkSquares to efficiently track non-standard clauses and our contractual risk profile; and (3) speeding up the drafting process by leveraging their clause library. The primary benefits to us have been better contract outcomes at renewal and faster time for contract drafting and research.
One of the best AI solutions on the market
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is an amazing company to work with. We discovered them several months ago and their product is like no other! If you're looking for an AI cloud based solution for searching over documents or building out your clauses to create documents they're the best you will find out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing but positive feedback for this company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a solution to replace SharePoint as a final resting place for all executed documents. We needed a one stop shop where people could find what they were looking for with ease and accuracy.
AI software for document management
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares sets the standard in the industry for using a cloud based solution and AI technology for storing and searching documents. The implementation process is quick and painless and the customer support from LinkSquares is unparalleled. I highly recommend the product to any company looking to improve their global document management system and process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to the product. We were challenged in our change management to teach attorneys that there is a much quicker and more efficient way to store and search documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved the structure of our document storage and are seeing key efficiency improvements in the time it takes to search and retrieve documents.

I highly recommend this product to any company looking to improve their global document management system.
Innovative and Responsive Team with Best In Class Tech and Easy to Use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use/Advanced searching features allows us to solve our key contract analysis, knowledge management, and reporting effectively and consistently. Our employees are working smarter not harder, happier as are our internal business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes or unhelpful things of note. Any issue we have had is typical with modern software design, development and iteration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retrieving information much more effectively and consistently, improved turn around time on report, happier employees and business partners, better understanding of our contracts providing for active feedback loop of process improvement.

If you are looking to solve key contracting issues faced modern organizations in an easy-to-use and scalable manner, then you must consider this product and highly recommend it.
They delivered what they promised
What do you like best about the product?
What they demonstrated they delivered, and what they delivered exceeded my expectations. The on-boarding process was as pain-free as they promised. Once the documents were uploaded and categorized, we were able to start using the tool right away. The LinkSquares product is very simple and intuitive to use. Plus, where we had questions, their CS team did a great job walking us through the problem. They have a great product roadmap that we will grow with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the prettiest interface, but it's super easy to use productively right away. What I do like is that they solicit feedback, and discuss how they're addressing customer concerns and suggestions in their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a single source of truth for all of our customer and vendor contracts. LinkSquares provides that better than almost any other tool I've looked at. In fact, we're expecting to expand our use of LinkSquares to HR and other documents
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They deliver what they promise in the demo. I did a trial period, but didn't really learn enough about the product to make the trial worthwhile
Makes contract review easier
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is that it converts scanned pdf version of documents into a searchable format. We can search a term or common language amongst all contracts stored in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish is read and saved information from contracts more intuitively. For example, it often misses finding the effective date and is not able to clearly set termination terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our contract management system was very manual prior to using this system. We have benefited from time efficiency using the product and consistency across terms for contracts.
