Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using LS for all things contracts, and everything has been smooth so far. I use LS to draft/create contracts, as well as sending them out to counterparties, sharing/receiving redlines, all the way to sending out for e-signatures. I also love the functionality that allows any user to use the template feature to create contracts easily, which saves previous time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX does seem a little cluttered (I am relatively new to LS so it may just be a me problem), and I do get confused sometimes about some of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates functionality allows business (non-legal) personnel to easily create and send out contracts, which saves legal team a ton of time and resources.
Next Gen CLM
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is hands-down THE next gen CLM! It is one of the most intuitive CLMs I have ever used and the proprietary AI function allows for easy report generation on a wide array of data metrics within a few clicks. Truly a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only 'wish list' for LinkSquares is perhaps to have more flexible pricing packages to choose from for smaller legal teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares AI forward automation of scanning each contract and itemizing its language into usable data for reports, comparisons, and easy search has literally given hours back to my day.

What do you like best about the product?
LS improves collaboration, streamline workflows, and automates routine tasks. Productivity tools help track progress, report updates, and secure data storage. By embracing LS, businesses can increase efficiency, promote flexibility, and drive better results.

Missing some key features as they are still up and coming

Helping our Legal team develop a fantastic clause library with AI-based technology

What do you like best about the product?
the efficiency and transparency of where contracts are. The customer service is exceptional. Support always responds quickly. the platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an ability to unapprove a task once it's been approved without having to create a separate task and rearranging the order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a contract approval form (CAF) that had to be emailed to each approver to sign. the Linksquares system has all the approvers in one place and a user can see exactly where a contract is in the queue.

What do you like best about the product?
The LinkSquares platform is intuitive, and reliable with excellent functionality for organizing, managing and accessing contracts. Integration of our existing contracts into the system was smooth and the tools are easy to use across teams.
The ease of implementation and integration was outstanding. The Customer Support is very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
AI extraction is very helpful, but not always 100% accurate, particularly with nuanced clauses, non-standard language or scanned documents. Manual review is still necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to LinkSquares, contracts were stored in scattered locations (shared drives, emails, etc.) making it difficult to track down key documents or terms. LinkSquares is centralized, searchable contract repository with AI-driven metadata extraction makes it is easy to find, filter and report on agreements.
I love this program and the team is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t immediately understand what LinkSquares was, as the name didn’t clearly reflect their services. It wasn’t until I read more in-depth that I grasped what the company actually does. It took some time to fully understand their business and how their solutions apply to contract management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares solves major challenges in contract management by centralizing documents, automating workflows, and providing quick access to key contract data. This reduces manual work, minimizes risk, and ensures better compliance. For me, it streamlines the entire contract lifecycle—making it easier to track, manage, and analyze contracts efficiently, saving both time and resources.

To be completely honest, there was nothing that really stood out as a con. Cheaper, easier functionality, out of the box reporting. Legal loves it, operations loves it and leadership is happy

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team was absolutely incredible to work with. The tool was very plug and play with intuitive setup. Easy to use as an end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some featured, such as the AI tagging didn’t suit us. Overall, we love the tool and it completely fits our needs at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lifestyle of fielding contracts from initiation, to negotiation, to signature and storage. We finally have a process and 1 single content repository.

I wish some features could be customized. Particularly on the Finalize dashboard.
