Great tool to streamline contract flow
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, Customer support, easy set-up

Would like to see a sync feature with outlook calendar and option to schedule multiple event reminders

LinkSquares is Helpful and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The organization and various tools offered make it a great product. It is easy to use and implementation was quick and easy. I use it on a daily basis and it makes my work day easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tags generated can be incorrect and require the user to correct them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract organization, contract lifecycle management, and tracking the key terms of the agreements uploaded.

LinkSquares: Great Customer Service and Product
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares solved two challenges for our legal department: contract storage and contract drafting.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares is always presenting new features - it can be hard to keep up with all the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed one place to store contracts across our organization. LinkSquares allows personnel from all over the world to view relevant contracts. LinkSquares also streamlined our drafting process. I don't have to re-invent the wheel every time I draft a contract.

Linksquares was good at keeping track of our work and knowing what status an agreement was in

The import of our data did not go well, AI did not pick up the correct date fields on many of the files making it hard to know when to reach out to our customers for updated information .

Linksquares was acting as a repository for our files. It also provided a lifecycle management tool for our contracts and applicable documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The training is extensive. Once you learn the system, it is user friendly. If the administrator tags contracts, the agreements are easy to find. The reporting is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
THe AI needs to be improved because it doesn't always name the correct parties and doesn't capitalize properly.

It keeps all of our contracts in one place. We know what each community has in place which helps with transactions. Reporting is a lot of easier. The reporter can include various items in which people are interested, i.e., whether it is assignable, etc.
Easy to use software for legal professionals
What do you like best about the product?
LinkSquares is an easy software to use and navigate, and it allowed me to effectively file and organize the company's legal documents daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkSquares is split into Analyze and Finalize, which can make it a bit challenging to navigate initially. However, with the assistance of their excellent on-call customer support, all my questions about the software were answered on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkSquares has been a game-changer for me by solving a lot of the challenges I used to face with managing legal documents. It makes it so much easier to store, organize, and analyze contracts, which saves me a ton of time. I no longer have to worry about losing track of important documents or missing key deadlines. The software does a great job of automating routine tasks, so I can focus on more important work. Overall, it’s made my job more efficient and less stressful, and I feel much more in control of contract deadlines.

The redlining feature in analyze is still in the early stage

We previously relied on a manual process from intake to execution. Now, the entire process is efficiently managed through LinkSquares from intake to execution.
