A great tool and I wish I had started using it sooner!

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is really simple and easy to use. The attention to customer satisfcation (especially monthly zooms with our customer successmanager) is really top notch! As a very small legal department at an early stage company, this platform has helped us be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't encountered any negatives yet. I suppose I worry a little bit about not having all of our contracts physically on our own servers since we use Linksquares as our primary database for all contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to store contracts in different locations on our SharePoint, which made finding contracts very time consuming (and sometimes we could not locate them when needed). Having them all in one place with an easy search tool has been great. And I appreciate the weekly calendar warning me of upcoming price increases, renewals and terminations.

Great Way to Organize Contracts

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process is very structured, and yet it is not rushed at all. In production I like the ease of use of the core functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process to create dynamic contracts (based on a series of if/then questions) was a little over-sold in the process. However, for the core contract work, the entire process is organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing consistency in the language. The service is reducing the time it takes to produce new agreement. It is creating a central respository of contracts.

Some parts are so confusing and I haven't fully grasped yet

Time is a big one. Its frees up alot of time to work on other projects

LinkSquares has been a useful tool for organizing contracts

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is excellent. The plug in for Microsoft Word is a game changer. The amount of email traffic has decreased since implementing LinkSquares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to create an address book for users not in the system. Would also like the ability to create templates. I would also like to be able to adit the Activity feed in Finalize. I would like to see more functionality in Analyze, i.e. adding custom columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts are now centralized from onboarding to final signature. LinkSquares has alleviated multiple emails and the need for multiple workflows. The ageement process has been completely streamlined for our company. We now have visibility for which contracts belong to a particular company.

Linksquares drastically improved our contracting process

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has been amazing in streamlining and automating contract template drafting, reviewing, approving, notifying appropriate team members and saving documents into one central location. Linksquares team was available anytime to walk us through any issues and to train our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some further product enhancements that are necessary to automate processes more and to remove some manual work necessary on the admin side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members were previously using old contract templates, not receiving the appropriate approvals and signatures, saving it on their desktop and not sharing it with the necessary team, slowing down the other department's tasks related to that contract. Linksquares has resolved all those issues.

How linksquare manage and classifies our contracts, and the pulling of reports

Sometimes linksquare does not recognize the correct dates on some agreements.

Linksquare helps streamline the process of our information that is input in the system. Improves efficiency and increase productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly and I like the tags used for organization instead of folders. I also like the add-in that connects to Microsoft Word to easily save new versions when drafting. The implementation team and the support staff are both excellent. I use the platform nearly every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am fairly new to the platform so I will need to continue to learn how to best utilize some of the search and reporting features, but I know I'll have support down the road as I need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and visibility of our contracts. Saving our teams a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is truly top notch. The Linksquares team is extremely helpful before, during, and after the onboarding process. CSMs are extremely attentive and are quick to assist with any problem - small or large. My company was in a bit of a unique situation while we onboarded and then when through a bunch of personnel changes. Through all, the Linksquares team was there and put in extra work training the new folks. They also take customer feedback very seriously and are constantly improving the product. They wanted to solve every hiccup we had. The Analyze product is wonderful. It is so helpful for tracking agreement obligations and deadlines and saves a ton of manpower in the process (and is much more accurate than if the legal team had done all the work). The tagging feature is fantastic for keeping agreements organized and making it easier for users to quickly find what they need. The new party library feature is great for keeping Analyze neat and clean for users. Also love how you can add notes, attachments, and tasks to each agreement in Analyze. Finalize is very customizable and pretty easy to learn how to administer (and the Linksquares team will help you build out your templates). Attorneys will love the word plugin. The insights on the Dashboard are so good that I have not felt the need to create any custom ones. We haven't had any complaints from business users about Linksquares being difficult to learn to use, which we did from our previous CLM. Highly recommend - great product, even better team behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs, but CS is always quick to address. There are some small things about the products that aren't exactly how I'd like them - for instance, I wish there would be an option for automatic agreement naming in Finalize instead of relying on users to name the agreements, as users cannot seem to follow the naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Linksquares from a competing CLM for a few main reasons: a higher level of customer support, superior reporting analytics, and better contract repository management
