Easy to deploy and very effective
What do you like best about the product?
The solution proved both easy to deploy and effective, and the onboarding process was fast. There were no surprises. Everything worked like we wanted, and how we expected it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report. Everything is working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots were clicking ads, driving up costs, and undermining credibility; it’s hard to convince companies to pay you for advertising if a big chunk of the traffic you send their way are bots. Now that DataDome filters out all bad bot traffic, we’ve realized significant time savings and no longer have to deal with click fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome's advanced machine learning technologies efficiently distinguish bots from humans, and automatically block malicious visitors without intervention from our security team. Additionally, DataDome didn’t require a huge team of experts to get it to work, it was useful out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no problems to report at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots were scraping our company’s database, posing a threat to our profitability. We needed to find a way to limit the access to our data en masse. Since activating DataDome, data scraping has no longer been an issue.

The powerful AI engine that blocks Bot attacks helps to ensure the security and stability of our platform. Provide consumers with an e-commerce platform trading environment with to make a great customer experience.

After integrating the datadome solution, it can block robot attacks from all over the world, so that the e-commerce platform can be safely protected.

What do you like best about the product?
Our mission is to provide a secure platform for other nonprofits to collect donations. DataDome protects our infrastructure and mission - especially from large-scale automated carding attacks that create high costs for us and our members.

There is nothing to dislike about DataDome at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bot attacks, mainly to verify black market credit card data, incurred high costs for our nonprofit members and us. Without DataDome, our platform was sometimes unavailable, requiring considerable manual labor to mitigate ongoing attacks.

What do you like best about the product?
Our mission is to get creators paid. Datadome helps ensure the security and stability of our platform, empowering us to better defend creators’ ability to make decisions about their creative works. The dashboard has a very instinctual interface and is not filled with a lot of noise. DataDome’s sales engagement team is patient, knowledgeable, and flexible in collaborating to ensure our needs have been met. The team offered priceless support for our launch, as well, going above and beyond to ensure we launched successfully with minimal disruption.

Prior to DataDome, it took a great deal of time, labor, and resources to detect and respond to attacks. DataDome’s partnership has strengthened our defenses, allowing the team to tackle other important priorities. Thanks to DataDome, we’re able to embody and achieve Patreon’s core values and support our mission to get creators paid.

I recommend DataDome for any online business looking for comprehensive, user-friendly anti-bot protection that doesn’t negatively impact website performance and is buttressed by a top-notch support team.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting up and running with Datadome was extremely easy and efficient. The level of protection and visibility of our web traffic was eye-opening!

Nothing bad to say about Datadome as they have delivered what was promised.

We are able to quickly protect our website, reducing wasted bandwidth, produce cleaner visitor data and importantly provide security and protection at our frontend

Definitely worth a try, as their support team is excellent they can help you get up and running quickly. The account management team is on point and ensures that you get past any roadblocks you may encounter.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Dome was very easy to implement. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more history for log storage to investigate older incidents. Data dome logs up to 30 days for detailed activity.

We are preventing unwanted bots from using our website.

We chose Data Dome for its ease of use. We also looked into using PerimeterX.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
After adding Datadome BOT protection on top of our CDNs, we have seen a remarkable decrease in BOT traffic resulting in bandwidth and Infrastructure cost savings. The technical support is attentive, responsive and we generally get responses within our timezone on the Australian East Coast.
The management portal is intuitive and easy to navigate. The rules are easy to configure, and for anything complex, the support team has assisted us in writing custom rules. We have been able to further reduce costs by leveraging a single Datadome instance across domains and apply a single set of blocking rules everywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike; we are pretty satisfied with the platform. We want to run API requests to Datadome from our SIEM systems such as Splunk to augment the IP data but cannot do it "Out-of-Box" yet.

Great product
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about this product is how easy it was to get it up and running. After setting it up, it's pretty much fire and forget - it just protects you in the background. The support team is also really good, they're really quick at identifying issues and getting back to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a retail organization with a presence online, we find that there are a lot of bots out there that are scraping data. By using DataDome to block this bad traffic, we are able to use less infrastructure to keep the website running, as we no longer have to serve requests for scrapers.

We compared various vendors (enterprise and SMB), and Datadome came up on top because of the functionality, effectiveness, support and price.
