Business impact of Credential Stuffing
What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed with their sales, service, and support. Their support team is superior to most companies that I have ever leveraged. As an example, during a recent impact to credential stuffing and fake registrations, DataDome was able to create a custom model to prevent the bot traffic within 1 business day. Additionally, we have found the DataDome CAPTCHA expience is superior for our clients in comparison to other CAPTCHA services.
What do you dislike about the product?
With most vendors and service providers I can find a dislike, but with DataDome I am unable to find anything I don't dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataDome is protecting our applications from common bot attacks, such as Credential Stuffing, Fake Account Creation, Web Scraping, and Scraping. The benefits of using DataDome have been seen immediatly and our market leads have been impressed with the implementation and support.

The DataDome interface is a bit overwhelming, and it can be challenging to locate specific information for analysis. Additionally, the 30-day log limitation is inconvenient, as it hinders the ability to conduct long-term investigations

Amazing solution, equally amazing customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
DataDome was very easy to set up. The integration was straightforward using provided libraries (Java, iRules in our case), with continuous support from their teams for configuration. Swift responses were consistently available through email, chat, and support tickets. It’s an amazing solution, with equally amazing customer support! Additionally, the platform's observability and alert system proves valuable in understanding traffic and taking prompt actions against attacks.

No dislikes to report at this time, even considering our consistent use of DataDome for over a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a high-traffic company, we faced challenges with in-house solutions for bot management. Constant bot evolution led to ongoing adjustments in our solutions, and not being able to quickly adapt to bot changes implied large costs as result of overdimensioned infrastructure and skewed key business metrics. DataDome's detection outperformed our in-house solutions, with significantly lower false positives upon activating protection.
Effective, best-in-class bot & online fraud protection
What do you like best about the product?
DataDome was very easy to install and configure; it was up and running in no time. We are also a big fan of the detailed traffic insights the DataDome dashboard provides, and the ability to control what traffic is flowing. And the support team is outstanding, always ready to help when needed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing DataDome, our site was dealing with scraping and other bot attacks. Those are a thing of the past, which means we have freed up our time and workload, so we can focus on growing our business.
Datadome continues to protect our application
What do you like best about the product?
Datadome does a good job of handling the pressures of bots on our application. This allows us to preserve a solid customer experience and not incur additional load from unneeded traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the UI had challenges resolving and we get a spinning wheel, which prevented us from analyzing the data.

Endpoint protection that is customisable and adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
Datadome has a great support team who is thorough, responsive and works with you to find the best solution for each scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current downsides in using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud detection and reporting is great, being able to see every attempt on a URL or specifc endpoint, categorised by IP, Country, ISP etc is helpful.
Easily able to adjust custom rules as necessary based on business requirements and trading periods.
Bots are stopped at the first point of contact allowing a hands off approach to managing the service.

Worry less with DataDome
What do you like best about the product?
Datadome integrates nicely with our CDN, CloudFront in AWS. Blocking requests at the edge means that bot-attacks have no impact at all on our services that are hosted behind our CDN. My favorite feature in the DataDome console is the Explore-tab that lets you dig into the details of your traffic. It is also very nice for debugging problems related to bot-protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The in-application libraries could receive updates more regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are regularly targeted in bot-attacks that are big enough to affect the performance of our services. With Datadome, we do not have to worry about this anymore.
A good low maintenance product that just works
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and it just works. A lot of the time I end up viewing datadome retroacticely after an attack, since are systems are not impacted.

None at this time. It functions as expected.

A low maintenance well functioning ddos protection for our cloud environments.
Top notch bot protection
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, DataDome’s detection accuracy and efficiency is stellar. The solution is able to detect even the most sophisticated bots. With DataDome, our e-commerce sites have robust bot protection, which reduces our attack surface and allows the security teams to focus on our other missions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were being targeted by scrapers and we wanted to ward off the risks associated with scraping, including content and pricing data theft, and the degradation of our website’s performance for legitimate customers. In the three years that we’ve been a DataDome customer, not only is scraping not an issue anymore, but the false positive rate for our legitimate customers, which was already very low, has also dropped.

We selected DataDome for the detection accuracy and the capacity to handle our high-volume traffic on both web and mobile.

We're completely satisfied with DataDome.

DataDome blocks millions of malicious requests (spam, content scraping, credential stuffing, …) to our website and mobile app every day. It mostly works on autopilot, so in addition to the security benefits, we have also realized considerable productivity gains.
