A management tool that exceeds expectations
What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I like most about pipefy is her concern for the customer, even those who do not use their business version have great service and assistance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that a point to be improved on the platform is its calendar and its mobile application, although they are useful they can still improve for a better version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team connection, the ease of managing tasks, extracting reports and automating functions are the most used in my company. Mainly the email templates tool for contacting customers

It may seem complicated to move automations at first, but even a layman in programming can completely connect the pipes

This Software has many functions that I like very much, of which I can highlight the possibility of using reusable templates, they save me a lot of time because it allows me to take a template previously used to apply it again in another process, Pipefy automatically adapts to the knowledge that one It has to make the adaptation process much easier, without a doubt Pipefy is an application designed for those people who lack minimum knowledge, to allow us to integrate and enjoy this management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration process was a bit slow, it was necessary to reconfigure some servers and modify certain processes to adapt the software to our platform and our internal police, this process took more than 5 months during this time was supported by the support of the provider who I contribute very positively to the platform being available as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy is a powerful management tool in addition to being very complete, it has personally allowed you to manage workflows much more easily, normally managing workflows on many other platforms can be a bit complex especially when you lack basic technical knowledge , that is why I like Pipefy, since it is possible to perform complex functions without having too much knowledge.

It is a very friendly platform that adapts to the user, I recommend it because it helps me a lot to improve in the supervision and control of workflows, what I emphasize most is that it is very easy to use, something that is very important because the The idea is to simplify the tasks of the company's staff for greater efficiency in the use and distribution of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can customize the fields and processes I need to control in my Junior Enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a bit more need for user support (when I asked for help, they told me to watch the videos - which I had already watched - and did not try to solve my problem). There are also some bugs that can appear from time to time, and I still don't fully understand how the Sprints part works in the pipe.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pipefy is its customization, as it offers various types of organization for its boards depending on the projects we are working on. Its user interface is quite clean and stable. Its prices are also competitive as they are more economical than other software in its category. Its mobile application is good as it is very well designed and helps us stay in communication since I can enter information wherever I am, and someone in our office can continue with the processes without calling me or sending me an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small company, it is difficult to set up automations, load databases, and things that require some type of "programming."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy has helped us a lot in project development management and in error correction, saving us money and time on solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
pipefy in a large application that has a large number of tools that helps to manage much better teams and our company. It is incredibly useful for carrying out development projects as you can keep track of activities, tasks, and other workflows. It has an interface in which you can customize workflows and thus know what stage of the project I was at and which we should pay more attention. You can also keep track of the bugs presented by the application, in an organized way which increases considerably the efficiency to solve the flaws within the application. It also has a helpdesk with which you can keep track of incidents, and be able to create tickets in each of the requirements of our customers, and what is more interesting is that all these tools are worked under the same platform so it is not necessary to be changing application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that although it has several tools, in what has to do with the user interface still leaves much to be desired, as it becomes complicated to work with the different tools. Besides, it still lacks other functions so that we can move to this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly the management of development projects and the monitoring of the different bugs.

I recommend to use pipefy because it has a great value for money with other similar tools, although it does not have the best interface in terms of functionality is very good.

The best tools to manage fast processes
What do you like best about the product?
Creating customizable Pipefy templates to the point of making them interactive is great for brainstorming with multiple teams for meetings with process building objectives, these processes can even be connected to each other so that certain assignments can be independent of each other employed separately, along with a simple implementation of other tools and a well-worked platform support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of systems for customer feedback has a decadent design, leaving the customization of limited templates and to some extent, with templates, which would lack to be customizable, commissioned to launch new products, the calendar does not provide information that is relevant to us, the information is scarce. It is necessary to add more features that can make Pipefy an indispensable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved several aspects of problems that we had, the system of chat and messages is quite fast, with this we have streamlined the management of documents of greater urgency and early completion, the follow-up work is always useful and important to consider to be aware of the time spent on a project and the estimate of how long we took the process of completing those jobs in established times with which we can take time to work on details of improvement after everything is properly completed on time.

It has a period of time to give the assurance that this is the platform they are looking for and it will be helpful, I considered that period and when I finished I did not doubt that this program was going to be important for the company, project management and management of group work helped the results obtained to have a continuous growth that is also able to achieve the follow-up provided by this tool.
