Pipefy: Highly Customizable Automations with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed by the support we received from Pipefy to make sure the tool supported our processes. The tool is extremely customizable to any process with some incredible automations that reduced our workload. I found it easy to implement and use. It became the starting place for my team every day to ensure that work was moving forward and on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being extremely customizable, there are many options which was a bit overwhelming for some of my team members. Once we integrated the help options and more detailed descriptions for each phase the team was able to trust the system to provide them the information they needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used pipefy to track the instructional design process.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, features a clean user interface, and is both intuitive and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks sufficient integrations with Jira, Notion, and Slack, which are essential for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been helpful for my business in organizing SCRUM tasks within our R&D team. It makes managing our workflow much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy allows us to create and automate workflow every week without needing deep technical skills, The interface is clean and it's easy to adjust processes as our team's needs change. It keeps tasks organized and improves collaboration between departments.

Customization can be limited in some areas especially when trying to build complex logic

Pipefy helps us standardize internal processes and reduces time wasted on manual follow up. its made approval and request much smoother and gives us better visibility into ongoing work.

Powerful for Process Automation but Could Be More Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I adore Pipefy's ability to simplify the process of creating and automating organised workflows without requiring technical knowledge. Approvals, onboarding, and service requests were among the repetitious chores that were made easier by the visual interface, conditional logic, and automation rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Pipefy feels inflexible. It works well for routine activities and processes, but it isn't flexible enough for more creative or dynamic workflows. Furthermore, several sophisticated features are only available with more expensive plans, which prevented us from using the platform to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to standardise and expedite manual, repetitive operations including request management, onboarding, and approvals thanks to Pipefy. We mostly used spreadsheets and emails prior to Pipefy, which resulted in delays, misunderstandings, and a lack of visibility. We've minimised errors, automated important tasks, and obtained complete insight into work statuses and deadlines with Pipefy. The effectiveness and accountability of our team have greatly increased as a result.

Very user friendly, great interface. Updates are sent out wenever there is any need for maintenance

Variety of customization, integrations, and automations. Ease of use and implementation, and the support is always comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have any points that displease me about the tool.
