What do you like best about the product?
I specially love the custom reports and views feature. The web application itself is super smooth and fast and works amazingly fast with even the slowest internet connections. The support team is very friendly and helpful. The UX is very intuitive and easy to use. Creating custom fields and workflows is very dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
A good native mobile app would be great. Lack of advanced email and mobile notification settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our development team tremendously. It is very easy to use for new members of our team. The fact that you can get things done with the minimum number of clicks makes sprint planning meetings enjoyable. Our team members can keep track of their effort with custom reports while top level managers can apply organization strategies through tracking epics.

Loaded with Features, Fast, Smooth, and get the job done

What do you like best about the product?
amazing support, responsive and almost immediate problem solving.
Live Chat sessions with their support are always fruitful, most of the times, 3 minutes into the session, the questions Is answered.

TP team provide support for technical issues, and help you get things done with TP (in cases where you are not able to figure things out on your own)

The product is very easy to use, no training needed. Team members can just get things done without TP getting in the way.

The new features and development cycle is great, and they kept the software fast, reliable with no noticeable bugs.

I am using TP since 2007, and I have carried it over with me to two companies, suggested it to my colleagues, and I continuously use it.

They have the most friendly and responsive, and knowledgeable team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot keep up with the new features. (maybe this is a positive).

it doesn't work well with IE 11. I am working on Microsoft Edge now, and I doesn't work as good as expected. They have great performance on Chrome and Firefox.

need more support for Microsoft products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Project management --> smooth especially with reporting and planning features
2. team management
3. Bug tracking -> easy, straight forward, testers and developers do not need any training beyond the process/workflow
4. Documentation generation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use it, you will stick with it.
The most important part is the human interaction, how you feel that the TP team doesn't only sell you licenses, they extend their support to helping you getting your job done.
