What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. HubSpot is easy to use and brings great reporting tools or predefined surveys that you can use right away. This helps us understand how our customers feel and thus helps improve our services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to maintain all created surveys, workflows, or email sequences. If you create too much and don't have a clear process for who should be responsible for the system, it can get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support of our customers and partners.
Researching customer satisfaction using feedback surveys.
Reporting - watching over KPIs, team utilization, and productivity.
360 view for our customers - marketing, sales, customers success and customer support. Everyone can see what happened with the accounts.

Where it's good its great, but where its not good...

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use- filters and custom views are easy to create, save and share. Navigating between tickets, customer and company records is very simple. The Knowledge Base functionality in Hubspot is 5/5; this has improved our customers' ability to self-solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to track or sort by SLAs, which is a significant blocker. This is a major feature that comes standard with other CRM's that I have worked with, and I was extremely shocked to find out this is not standard in Hubspot. In order to enable different levels of support tickets (high/low priority, for example) with different SLAs, we have had to do significant development in-house. There doesn't seem to be any movement by Hubspot developers, despite years of requests on the website.
A frequent request from our customers is to be able to "see" the progress on their tickets, but because there is no customer login, they aren't able to. I don't actually feel like this is necessary, but if your customers are used to this functionality, you will need to be prepared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found Hubspot to be very beneficial to our customers due to the automations we have built into the application; our customers tickets are routed directly to different queues, depending on a number of values. This, combined with the stellar Knowledge Base, means our customers get support quickly and accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hubspot service hub is its accessibility. I feel that it was super easy to access and navigate through, which proves to be very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I dislike about it is probably the fact that I probably go on it too much haha, but in all seriousness I love this part of Hubspot and I don't have too much that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems it's helping me solve are helping our company to succeed in calling others and calling them quickly throughout the day. The more people we call per day, the more people most likely will engage with our platform. So when Hubspot Service Hub helps us quickly, it goes in line with our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have a complete CRM on HubSpot and manage the communications from different channels of your company, assign tasks and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would consider, is making it a little bit more friendly to users.

A great service and support provider being a Marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
I would say that the best thing this tool is providing us is the level of support to the customers and the fact that the way it takes the records of the statistics as a representative. Having a really easy-to-understand graphical user interface makes it very easy to use. If you are someone whos new to the platform you won't need much time to get a hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are issues I have faced using the tool which if changed/upgraded may make the experience really good. First of all the time delay which the tickets take, sometimes when their status needs to be upgraded it takes up at least 10 seconds to get over it. There have been times when just even closing a ticket takes up to 15 to 20 seconds which gets a bit annoying when you have load and are willing to complete your work as soon as possible.
Another issue I face sometimes is when I search tickets, it doesn't return me the user I want to look by by providing name and email which I would love to be corrected or looked upon. This issue doesn't come up every time there might be issue with my environment too I don't have knowledge of that but I just shared what I have faced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a customer representative for the company, I have used HubSpot mostly for creating good relationships with the customers and I have to say that it is helping me a lot with it. the ease of contacting the clients and the support from Hubspot are just really helpful. secondly the statistics of your clients, I mean the way you can track the chats and lookup their time and details is really a great feature. I can just summarise my experience by saying that It is a great tool if you want to save time and increase your efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
well having a tool that can provide you marketing, as well as live chat and customer support, is something you would want for yourself if you great company or a startup. Having a Graphical User interface that is understandable as well as having a demo that may help you get a hang of it even before paying money is a plus.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the greatest tool for the startup's businesses because it has a very user-friendly environment and is very easy to use for new beginners also service hub has a variety of great services for issuing ticketing and providing chat widgets to the customers and also support is very impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things that I am facing when using the system there are some reporting limitations and delays in issuing and managing tickets. And sometimes the system created an identical record which is very hard to reduce. Hubspot is very impressive at maintaining everything under one platform, but the integration with other technology is a little bit rough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a sales development representative I am using HubSpot for connecting with the customers that we have and also I am using it for lead generation and email marketing so it's very impressive Hubspot provide all of its product in the same roof which is quite great I don't have to go anywhere under one shade I have got what I needed easyly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not for the newcomers only consider it when you have a Hubspot Marketing hub or Sales Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to start my day with the scheduled tasks that I deemed important or time-sensitive. This is customizable by myself and when running through the tasks it is simple to get to the next step. All our Clients are also in one place with all relevant history and can be broken out by emails, tasks, notes, calls, etc. Support Tickets are also a breeze, you can create pipelines and edit the properties to identify and track for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike...I haven't found anything yet. Their Support is also a work of art and we refer to it within our company as goals!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving Knowledge Base problems, as we use HubSpot to build our knowledge base from support and assign it to certain categories and tags. The benefits are endless, you can create email templates, snippets to save time for emails and chats. Seriously, its slick!

What do you like best about the product?

The only thing that I may dislike is the sometimes slow connectivity speed.

I haven't seen very many problems outside of the connectivity speed. Lots of other great uses for it.

There is always someone ready to assist you and ready to stop stepping out of their way to find you a solution.

There's is not always an easy solution, even if it would be a simple update, which sometimes I wonder why they didn't think about it at the start.

It helped me to determine ways to do certain programation on the HubSpot application successfully

Great service for anyone looking to connect with Customers fast!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent tool for anyone who is not the most tech-savvy but wants to get something out to their customers fast!

We primarily used Hubspot within our Customer Support department for their Chat Bot/Live Chat capabilities. It is straightforward to set up without having to rely on too much help from the developers.

With a simple user interface, it is also fantastic that you can quickly adapt the Chat Flows to changing customer's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
With most software companies, you are reliant on what Hubspot wants to develop in their roadmap for changes that you would like to see.

The changes that we need are not life-or-death but it can be frustrating when a new feature is important to you but does not sound like it will be implemented anytime in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to begin deflecting common questions that we were receiving from Customers via a "Chat Bot" that linked to our Customer Help Centre.

Doing his has freed up lots of agent time as they are now spending their time helping customers with escalated or complicated queries.
