Hubspot has the most sufficient tools for all areas of a business.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create templates that has sophisticated tools to add the contact and attachments.

Deals! this is awesome, our teams are able to manage their deals and see the value in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to link deals to tickets, adding deals our content acquisition tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have any issues at the moment. The issues I have raised were dealt with professionally and have been followed up on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Hubspot to anyone as I believe that it can help your business kick off. It has helpful tools and analytics to help segment the focus of different areas in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can gain meaningful insights from our customers on their experience and then action them accordingly. All of this information is saved to their profile so everyone can track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that customers can leave a negative/neutral CSAT without commentary.

What do you like best about the product?
As a SuperAdmin to our HubSpot Account, there are a lot of unique situations that get thrown my way from our internal users. Having a resource that will help answer my questions and brainstorm ways to make the tool more effective is so valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes chat is not always available. However, there is always the option to email or receive a phone call. I just prefer chat because its quick, easy, and interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my questions are around the capabilities of workflows or just the tool in general. Most of the time, the HubSpot chatter is able to point me in the right direction or make a suggestion based on what I need to achieve. I have even had someone make a custom video of their screen to show me how to create something. I was amazed at their level of support. Thing brings tons of benefits to me. I am able to take their fast response and then take that knowledge back to my team. That is what I appreciate most!

What do you like best about the product?
How much it can do and how helpful it is. They have so many cool features and a ton of learning tools to help almost anyone in almost any industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally their support team is a little on the slow side answering questions, but it's really not bad at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management is so simple, and creating and maintaining our website has never been easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can view and manage tickets, view all activities and share information across teams. This makes it more seamless to track customer history.
What do you dislike about the product?
The form we use on the HubSpot KB does not use the color choices we've selected in the form editor in the HubSpot hub. Spoke with HS Support about this and hoping to see an improvement in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to manage and track ticket status' and as well generate customized reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy tracking and you can view all customer activities and cross team activities in one place. Makes it easier to work on a ticket or potential customer when all the information is available in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an All in one tool that replaces your multiple apps by this one. You can use this tool for many features. The Best part is that it automates all you ticketing and reporting, that are being generated by the customers. It provides best feedbacks according to the need of the situation. HubSpot CRM is one of the best in the class. Multiple email templates available can be used to generate a perfect email to increase your conversion rates and to score better sales. Let us talk about the customer care of this tool itself. At start, when we just started using the tool we had some issues with it and we made a call to the Hubspot Support team, they responded within an hour and helped us solving in our issue related to the software. The best part is when we were not able to understand what they were talking about in the emails, they called a zoom session and helped us verbally and showed us how to do the troubleshoot. They went extras miles for us and from then we are happy with the service provided by the HubSpot developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not any major dislike to write here but the one thing that often causes us frustration is the reporting section of HubSpot. The reporting features of the HubSpot needs some tweaking overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows the companies to stand out in the field and it automates all your Customer relationship matters and provides you with the better and streamlined version of customer care. The way it manages all the processes of managing emails of the customers and managing their contacts is amazing. .

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to track all of our interactions with a client and ensure that nobody is slipping between the cracks. The interface is easy to use and yet is contains powerful reporting and "if this, then that" functionality. The knowledge base feature helps us support clients through every stage of their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could add a ticket to user account within the Inbox.
I wish that I had more styling options when writing an article. I like the unity that comes with only using "headings" but I wish I could modify things more.
I also wish I could hide the "login" button in the nav bar, this confuses a lot of our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to provide help articles for our clients guiding them through onboarding and teaching them how to best use our platform.
Doing so has helped us to reduce the size of our support team and provide our clients with an answer faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Live Chat, for the first while, log the types of questions you are being asked. After a while you will notice trends and you can set-up some "if they ask this, show them that" logic. This allows you to suggest help articles or redirect the customer to one of your team member who can best help them out. It also also allows you to identify new deals and sales leads that filter in.

Great for SMBs looking to consolidate growth tools

What do you like best about the product?
Customer success, sales and marketing can work out of the same common tool. A single point of truth for contact and company information is very helpful to break down silos that traditionally exist when you use a CRM tool, customer ticketing/chat tool, and marketing tool. We were able to consolidate many of our tools into one using HubSpot. This is very helpful as a startup, where we need to communicate quickly and clearly among other teams. It's also relatively easy to set up performance dashboards, add custom fields to tickets, and set up a knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is a jack-of-all-trades, there seems to be something desired for each tool as well. I can speak specifically to the knowledge base, chat and customer support ticket management systems. Compared to industry leaders like Zendesk, Intercom, or other dedicated customer success tools out there, you're not going to get maximum flexibility or capability. If you know exactly what you need and ensure that HubSpot meets those needs, then you're good to go. A key feature missed is a dedicated ticketing desk (with a portal for customers to view their active tickets), as well as editing ticket timestamps (you can only edit dates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to navigate through different tools to view customer support chats, our knowledge base, project/issue management, and performance dashboards. I can view all of this information by navigating through different tabs within the same UI.
