When it comes to organization, service, and sales... Hubspot is the place to be.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does a wonderful job gathering your contacts, automatically, for you simply by that person/company emailing you. Hubspot, also, allow you to easily setup automation on how to handle emails coming into the system. This allows you to create pipelines, in the service area, that you can use to organize and manage your clients' emails to you. With API integration, you can have a Live Chat bubble on your site that directly connects your clients to you through Hubspot. This allows easy communication between your client and your company to make sure everything is good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Hubspot is their App for mobile devices. My company is split into two: marketing/sales and customer service. The App seems to only be helpful to the marketing/sales team. Service "Tickets" and "Pipelines" would be an amazing addition to the Hubspot App. This would allow my customer service team, when on the go, to still be able to resolve issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get notifications on the desktop, and by email, when a customer is reaching out to (via email, live chat, or form) is very helpful to be able to quickly help resolve their needs. The benefits of Hubspot is organization. This site allows you to stay organized to make sure you are getting things accomplished. They even have a "Task" list you can setup to send you notification reminders on when things are due.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not be afraid to reach out to the Hubspot team. They are excellent and will help you setup Hubspot to work how you need it to work. Also, the "Training & Services" section of the site is very helpful. Be sure to assign yourself some of the trainings so you can learn how Hubspot works better for you and your team.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of using HubSpot is live support. I also love the customization, to fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can not receive calls and record notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easier to find tickets than using outlook emails and we used to archive them so much better
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't forward messages with attachments. Also if a customer is already in the system it won't generate a ticket using our form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Will help you with common issues.

It is different than using outlook but reporting and finding tickets are better than emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Clean layout making it easy to populate fields with information. Very flexible with a lot of useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The popups show to fast when you hover over a title

Customer opportunities with our Software. Easy to locate historical cases, allows me to provide solutions quickly.

The chat feature and that I am able to convert them to tickets with ease

The long ticket numbers. Sometimes when you're in house a 5 digit ticket number is much easier when you're asking a co-worker to review something for you. In hubspot I have to go to the ticket open it and copy and paste to my team member

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple, very customizable, well laid out and loads fast. Tickets are easily found for reference and its wonderful how everyone in each section of our company can see the same info!
What do you dislike about the product?
It will go down occasionally. Weve had maybe a handful of crashes since we switched over almost six months ago. really not bad considering how much we do.

We solve basic and in depth IT support issues.

I love how hubspot is easy to navigate and input information for sales and service tracking as well as new business lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of repeat tabs with finding information.

The tool to track new business leads is very effective and it makes tracking progress for yourself and your team very efficient.

The platform is easy to use and marketing driven with a smart approach towards inbound strategy. A must!

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing to know that no matter what issues we have, the Hubspot team always comes through with a solution and quite quickly as well. And the user guides and articles along with the community service hub is super helpful as there are many perspective solutions from different users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not dislike anything in particular...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it is easier to solve issues or being stuck using Hubspot service hub
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a highly efficient CRM tool that we are currently using. I particularly like that it supports all aspects of your business from setting up blogs, to email templates, sales, marketing.
So far okay, could be more intuitive. For some reason my buttons in HS are different.

All in one place, see history with customer, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
That contact cannot be on more sequences at one time
