HubSpot Your Reliable Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need in Sales is already in HubSpot. As a Sales Manager, many features of HubSpot are easy to navigate. From receiving emails and segregating it for use of different departments such as CS, Account, Sales, etc., to creating a deal. What stands out most to me is no matter how messy the internal process you have in the company, through HubSpot everybody can follow and complete the entire Sales Process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The associations of the tickets, contacts, and emails are a bit difficult. Although we are still in the process of understanding the system, some are still not working well, especially the associations of tickets. I have to manually dissociate contacts or emails out that is not related to my deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our sales process through adding notes and tasks. Anyone can follow and able to trace things even if the ticket is not yours. Easy to do follow up through task.
Literally the best service hub out there - we use almost as an ERP

Unified, Cross-Channel Support is one of the best things

Automation & Workflows need a little bit of work

I like a lot of things about Service Hub.
I work in a SaaS company and we need to communicate with our customers very often for support.
With the multitude of features that Service Hub offers, we are able to deliver an optimal quality of service to our customers. It is easy to use and configure, we have total autonomy over it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to tell the truth.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had level 1 requests to resolve. As we are growing, we no longer have time to work on these aspects. With HubSpot, we have the ability to redirect our customer directly to the knowledge base that is linked to their problem. Their problem is resolved quickly and without effort on our part. We unclog our service and the customer is satisfied.

I have every info I need in one place. I appreciate the template functionnality. As well the integration with Gmail to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit confusing to find what I am looking inside the interface. Too much info displayed on the screen.

It's solving the problem of having the same to work when people of the company are interacting with contacts and accounts.

For very large enterprises with highly complex needs, HubSpot might not offer the level of customization required compared to more robust CRM solutions

HubSpot has been a game changer in my daily routine!
What do you like best about the product?
I was very reluctant to use Hunspot because I was used to old ways such as spreadsheets and notes. Once I have in and really dove into the service, my work days are a breeze, so much data at my fingertips! At first, it took a minute to figure it all out but when I did, it made my life so much easier! Work days are now so much easier to navigate, tasks, calls, notes and meetings all in one spot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike. At first I would say it was not user friendly because I was stuck on the old ways, being from the "old school" and not giving into the changes. The difficulties were all me just not wanting to give in 🤦🏻♀️

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any time I have an issue (which is rarely), I reach out to my admin team and they help me figure it out. There have only been a couple times that I really needed help and my issues were resolved right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The conversations between my CS team are in the same tool as my marketing and sales teams activity.

I can't think of any, having all comms with a contact in one place is magical.
