A Game-Changer for Customer Service Teams!

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE Service Hub! It’s incredibly easy to use and very user-friendly. One of my favorite things is that HubSpot offers free courses, which are a lifesaver when we need to train new reps. The constant software upgrades are a huge plus, keeping things fresh and efficient. Plus, the seamless integration with our other hubs makes everything run smoothly. What do you dislike about the product?
While I love the functionality and ease of use, there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes, the reporting features can be a bit limiting compared to other platforms. Customization options for certain workflows could be more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to have one central location for ticket tracking and responding to customers. Since implementing we have drastically been able to reduce the time it takes us to respond to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature about HubSpot is Copilot, it helps a lot with rewording, creating emails, etc. I also like how you are able to see if and when a customer opens up an email or how many times they click on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of off hand is that when you add comments to the notes in the inbox, it doesn't translate over to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only had one issue with pictures not adding to quotes. I tried to get help with customer service and it seemed like they were not understanding me but the owner of the company got them to solve it, i'm not sure how. I don't really use the service hub so I wouldn't be best qualified to answer these questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to log and track emails, calls, meetings and its intergrated really well into our other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost so many features that sometimes I find myself lost with how many options I have to report or log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to make sure that our systems ran smoothly together without lag or integration confusion.
Now that we have hubspot, we can have followups, deals, meetings and all other tasks implemented in one facility.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create simple workflows and automate upcoming tasks is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I can somewhat criticize and only somewhat, is the organization around contacts rather than companies. It works both ways, but would prefer to see initial emphasis on companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and growth. We have a limitless # of properties we need to track and it helps us to understand how these properties can all intermingle and relate.

What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all the customer related activities, information in one reliable software.
Easy to access and handle all aspect of sales process.
The system built up logically and 100% mirroring the real sales process.
It gives a very great support, I feel that admin in HubSpot is not a burden but a positive activity, which support my sales success,
What do you dislike about the product?
When I had difficulties with a settings (like plug in mail) the support was not effective, as it was very general.
A human online quick support would have been making easier the challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to keep under controll all aspect of the sales process.
If a user would be replaced or out, a quik replacement would be very easy and efficient, therefore customer journey would have a smooth continuation.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub makes simple keeping track of the busines meetings that our team needs to conduct. It also provides various tools for follow up. These capabilities make our sales process seamless.

There is nothing specific to mentione here.

We are able to track our respones to customers much better than before. This allows us to be more effective with a less number of human hours.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way to create a ticketing system for your business, internal or external, on an existing software. We use countless forms for processing throughout the sales process and the landing pages are an easy way to increase your website without having to be a coder.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a learning curb, but with the new Breeze AI, it's a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a central location for internal support tickets outside of IT applications.
