August 2025: A new feature when importing contacts is that you can correct errors right in the import dialog; no need to correct and re-upload a .csv file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep working on the still too-steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to set up keyword based chatflows to surface answers to common questions—without the need for our staff to interact with those tickets directly.

It has helped our company increase response and positivity rate with customer service. HubSpot Service Hub is a intuitive and easy process to learn. We had no issues when implementing into our day to day.

Sometimes the software can be slow and take some time to respond to actions.

Really easy to use and integrate into our day to day. We have seen an uptick and increase in positive customer reviews after a ticket is completed.

Would love to see more training opportunities to increase efficiencies

It allows for easily accessible customer service portal
HubSpot is a very good CRM which helps me to manage my customer database very well.
What do you like best about the product?
It can record my job performance such as calling my customers directly from HubSpot which is connected to my cellphone whereas I do not need to touch my cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search options need to include more fields than they do now.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Service Hub is the Knowledge Base to have quick and easy access to documentation for common scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about HubSpot is having limited uses for Service Hub for internal use as we do not use HubSpot for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping provide information to managers regarding work that has completed in the tickets. HubSpot also serves as a database of vendor information, and we are hoping to use this information in more integrations.
Seamless platform for a Customer Service Rep
What do you like best about the product?
Platform makes it very easy to digest any the health of the Customer service environment at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as intuitive as one would think from navigating the interface of the platform

Quickly servicing and communicating with customers. Makes it very easy manage multiple customers at once with everything I need to triage a ticket

I like that everything is in one place and how easy it is to access things.

I dislike how hard it is to show an archived message. I also do not like that in a message thread when replying to an email it shows the entire conversation even comments from other team members.

Its solving customer service/help desk replies for a small team. Everything is centralized.

It helps to organize calls and it also has a feature to easily integrate CRM data which reduces a lot of time while working with the data.

No complaints, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate

It helps me to manage calls, SMS and customer support all in one place which saves a lot of manual time and effort.

The biggest pro of Service Hub is combining customer service and experience analytics

N/A. no issues regarding hubspot. awesome ticketting tool

We will resolve customer quieries in the hubspot by placing the ticket and will keep the follow ups and tracks.
