Best experience for customer success

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the new customer success space and help desk. Helpful for service teams to deliver the best experience for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still need to be more integrated with other apps and have internal functionality on phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub makes it easy to visualize and report on the status of my customer support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does not have the clearest way or go-to way of routing phone calls by team members which makes other softwares necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had an issue of getting information dispursed amongst our team and attributing customer support needs to sales efforts which we can do now.

What do you like best about the product?
The auto generated reports are very nice. I can use them directly to build my business report. No more excel sheets needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter function for generating reports are bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By adding atttibution to esch leads and monitor them on the way, it helped us understand where our conversation happens

No notes! They are great and have been extremely helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
The team loves customer feedback and in just 12 months has built a phenomenal product that trades blows with ZenDesk. They're still rapidly innovating!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently comments and notes are separate and you can't see notes on HelpDesk threads. Having said that the team has a feature currently in the works to resolve this 100% :)

What do you like best about the product?
Before service hub we had a number of issues with agents failing to remember to follow up with clients but sales hub makes it easy for them to create tasks and manage things on their own. We absolutely love it
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I search by open or closed there is no option for waiting on customer or waiting on us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly things falling through cracks. It's helped that a lot. Also love the calendar and meetings link

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that it completes the customer record in HubSpot and provides total transparency for all teams. Service hub is the icing on your CRM cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like if you were able to dedicate certain ticket pipelines to Help Desk and exclude others. This is a minor issue but would be a big win!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service hub brings data and customer information into an already powerful CRM. The biggest benefit is the data transparency with the Smart CRM. All HubSpot users are able to see the complete customer profile, from lead to prospect to customer.
