Everything in one stop everything is in one spot and the academy

kind of hard to navigate when you have multiple tickets and multiple deals going on

HubSpot service hub provides exceptional customisation and tools to ensure our customer service team spend as much time delivering the best experience instead of wasting time on unnecessary admin time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to have a social media stream is the only missing piece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team are extremely efficient, with skill based routing it ensures our team get the tickets most applicable to their skillset.
This reduces time wasted passing tickets across the team, whilst delivering a better customer experience.

What i like the most about service hub is the Kanban visual boards with visual management for tickets

Nothing, as I love working with service hub
