Easy User Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Our clients love how easy it is to access our ticketing system, we love how easy it is to track client tickets and respond quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training new people on the system. It can be difficult to understand not closing tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our client ticketing system, our clients get an account created and log any needs or questions to ticketing system. Our internal team reviews tickets and assigns to the appropriate team member to solve the ticket. It is quick, and we love the tagging and documentation it provides.

Love the service hub updates!

What do you like best about the product?
We have really loved the new ways service hub can work for our clients. We are a partner agency, and the experience we have had setting up service hub for our clients has improved tremendously with the updates to the hub. Help desk is great, and we are excited about the new customer success dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the difference between help desk and conversations inbox is unclear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track different avenues of support tickets is how we use it most often. So the support pipeline can handle email, call, and text.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing i like and use the most are tickets. It helps us to improve and also to have a helthiest crm
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate contact tools are very límited and it doesnt help a lot. Even the enterprise features. It's a real pain to look at all they contactos to find out if we can combine them or not

Communication and support inside of our company
