What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Huspot is the way it simplifies customer relationships. By integrating multiple tools into a single platform, it makes it easier for different areas to work efficiently and in a coordinated manner.
And some of its advantages are that you can automate tasks while having personal communication and storage of information for each client, thereby improving strategies.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a good work tool but I don't like that it cannot read PDF documents, you just have to search for information by opening a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well-organized and customizable tool to manage clients and your interactions with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently moved the navigation menu to the left; I definitely preferred it at the top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
can do cold-calling directly from HubSpot instead of dialing my own phone

What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base is great for us. We transferred our help center to the knowledge base when we implemented hubspot and it was a very easy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base could have more customizability options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service hub allows us to easily manage our Help Center and Help Desk. We also use the Sales and marketing hubs, it's great to have everything available under the same roof. There's no loss of information because all touchpoints are logged to a central repository from the beginning of the customer lifecycle, making it easier for support to gather relevant information about a ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot every day and it makes my job easier is also easy to customize and implement in my job, it gives me a complete view of all the tasks I need to do. For me it is simple to navegate and integrate all my tasks, they alwas gives advice whent they are modifying the system or implementing new updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the most inconvinient thing is that the search engine cannot read the document attached in a pdf format, an improvement in that detail would make the system work in its entirety for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can completely organize al my taks and send myself reminders of what I have to do, that helps me to not miss anything, I'm responsible of communicating with our vendors so I have to mantaing a good relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows users to quickly and easily respond to customers and track communication. It's easy to add emails, photos, videos, and any other informaiton needed to keep a record of interactions with customer. It's a good way to support customers by having all the information at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is contact based so if you're a company that is number based, such as RV Vin numbers, it's a bit more tricky. Sometimes the inforamtion comes from a dealer, or an order, or a service center. Tickets can be merged, which helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to track customer requests and provids data on customer use and NPS scores.
Hubspot is effective and keeps my dashboards on point.
What do you like best about the product?
The enrollment emails, the tasks that hep us remind when to contact and work with a client. The dashboards with accurate information and the workflows we use with our clients are always helping us keep track of our client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have comments at the moment, everything is working really good for me.

I haven't had any problems at all at the moment.

The way HubSpot can brigde the gap between our company and our customers through easy ticketing system and conversation inbox

Sometimes they do come with new updates too fast (yes that can be a bad thing) and our agent can follow along.

HubSpot makes it easy to have several agents working in the same email inbox, without making it complicated

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, not complicated, effective. I can create reports of my and my collegues' work. We use it everyday basically for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes I do are not applied to the dashboard. Sometimes the knowledge base part has errors like something went wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the company tickets, determining the brands of customers, keeping track of older tickets .

I would spend more time its been a while I used hubspot

I would like to apply AI in all the steps of my workflows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to host my website and easily integrate a ticketing system. knowledge base, demo meeting form all within HubSpot. as mentioned previously the chatbot has been functioning smooth too.
Great flexibility. It is really omnichannel an user friendly.

Voice, whatsapp, facebook messenger, forms, email and customer portal in the same ticket.

ANS are still a little bit limited. I understand they are aware of that and I thing they are onking on it.

Customer want a single thread in a tikcet by any channel and we can do it.
