What do you like best about the product?
Findem provides top notch support via their CSM team, as well as leadership team. I appreciate that they have a formal way of providing feedback and are quick to action on it. They are a newer platform, so I expect there to be areas that need improvement, but what I love is they value the voice of the customer. I also appreciate that they are very open to integration with other platforms beyond just our ATS.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so MUCH intellgience that Findemcan bring through their use of attributes versus keywords, but due to this it is sometimes difficult to know which filters to use, and where to click. Getting up to speed quick is difficult if you aren't in the tool often. But, once you get comfortable navigating the platform, there are endless opportunities within it from sourcing, keep warm, candidate rediscovery, simple dashboards to view team KPI's, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Findem is helping us automate tasks and introduce AI within recruitment. We use AI such as: providing custom attributes and having the enriched profile summarize our needs, providing screening questions based on the candidate, providing talent insights to share with the hiring manager.

Great Tool to Reach Candidates and Make your Brand Known

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send an unlimited number of messages in a day or a month. It is a great way to get the company's name out and all responses come to my email, so it is easy to manage. My account representative is fabulous to work with and helps me with new to me or tricky searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response rate is not high and phone screen no shows are higher than other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to search a large geographic area for potential candidates. It's another avenue to reach out to potential candidates who may not be actively looking for a new role.

What do you like best about the product?
• I like the connection to the bulk of the Linkedin network as well as the direct Linkedin integration that allows you to use the Chrome Extension
• Fast and easy direct integration to the ATS. Can review your entire ATS candidate pool and narrow candidates down by filters. Fills the void where the ATS can't.
• Data Intelligence
• DEI filters
• Nice new AI features for drafting outreaches to candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
• Findem still seems to be finding their rhythm so they rely on their customers to almost be software testers. They are open to feedback about product enhancements.
• Adding sequences to your searches can be tedious because of the workflow.
• System does a good job of scraping emails but sometimes even if there is an email address, it won't attempt to send. You have to rely on the automate versus just hitting a send now button.
• Reporting is not great but is getting better.
• Overall, I feel the system overcomplicates simple tasks, especially setting up searches and adding campaign sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Findem helps us narrow our candidates down based on good data intelligence and DEI filters. This helps us ensure that we are sourcing the right talent.

Candidate Sourcing, Automated Recruitment Outreach, and Market Insights - All in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful to have almost everything you need in one place. The interface is intuitive and can be used effectively by both experienced and newer recruiters. The candidate outreach automation is customizable in real time, and also in a "set it and forget it" modality as well. I have had job titles and posting links change mid-stream, and have been able to easily to pause and/or easily edit the outreach cadence content with no interuption to the recruitment process. Our contacts at FindEm (particularly Joe) are readily available, proactive, and helpful. I also find the on demand videos helpful to brush up or if I need help with a step or new feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do like that new features are constantly being added or improved, it does create a bit more potential for user error, but that also be a personal preference more than an actual issue. The ATS feature is a great addition, but isn't always accurate so I have seen candidates being reached out to after already going through the process. The biggest issue I have personally is not being notified in an overt enough way when a candidate expresses interest. I have played around with my email folders and filters and for some reason I still have to manually go into the job campaign in findem and review each candidate response and then search for their name in my email and reply. This means that candidates can get lost in the shuffle, or not receieve a timely enough response. Again, more of a personal issue, and others may not have the same experience, but everything else is so automated that I don't want candidates to be left out of the most important part, which is human contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automating multiple touches to passive candidates.
- AI that helps adjust messaging based on the type of audience or tone needed
- Reviewing profiles with hiring managers and making adjustments in real time
- Finding out more about a candidate than just their experience (using FindEm Magic)
- Putting the best matches on the top and highlighting why they are a fit (this also helps with talking points when actually speaking with the candidate)

What do you like best about the product?
The Findem features are easy to understand and can generate reports in the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cons of Findem are some of the data are not accurate and the dashboard takes a while before loading the landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of Findem in my work is that I can explore their dashboard and/or analytics. And, is easy to generate the reports that I need. But there is a time when some of the extracted reports are not accurate and it takes a while to load the landing page, dashboard, and analytics page.

What do you like best about the product?
Findem has been an excellent sourcing aggregator for my TA team! It was extremely easy to implement, thank you to the amazing customer support. Our contacts at Findem are always there to offer assistance and they continue to go above/beyond each day. We are able to reach our goals and find talent that truly raises the bar thanks to Findem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Findem is able to shortlist ideal candidates for us in such unqiue ways that other tools are unable to do. The search criteria can be tailored to our unique roles, allowing us to identiy top-tier talent.

What do you like best about the product?
Findem is using a 3-D data model which is supperior to other products and can provide both Talent and Competitive Intelligence teams with key information. The ability to discover each of your channels is another differentiation which can help talent teams be more successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside just a realization of the power of the tool and ideally the need for some data science bias from the Users

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the integrations from Findem with our ATS Greenhouse and how we can disposition/search the ATS/CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we just didn't have enough of a need because the team was used to utilizing our ATS to search candidates. I also found it hard to have Hiring Managers take a look because they didn't have a seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to search the ATS and CRM easier than a boolean search on Greenhouse.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features about Findem that I like. I like that I am able to separate my searches into different cities so that I can find the candidates that are closest to our clients. I like the ability that it allows us to set up an email campaign, utilizing their templates with the ability to tweek them and make them your own or just make your own from scratch. I like that I can create tags for people in my searches so that I can easily filter whichever candidates I'm wanting to focus on at the moment. I have not had a lot of time to utilize all the functions of the CRM but from what I've done so far, I really like it. We have candidates that we get from job fairs that aren't graduated yet so I can set them up on an email campaign and be able to keep in touch with them with ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I have noticed that I haven't liked about Findem is that sometimes there are other peoples emails attached to people they have no relation to. I am not sure how that happens. I think with tags, it would be better if there was an area where I could create a list of tags that I use commonly and then when I click on tags in different searches they show up. Currently if I create a new search, I have to create tags for that search as well. I just feel like that could be streamlined better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to reach out to a large number of candidates with bulk sourcing. That is very beneficial to me because that way I can spend more time on calls with candidates and be able to truly listen to what they are looking for and if they would be a good fit for our company.
