Quality outbound sourcing for small companies without internal recruiting
What do you like best about the product?
Allows small companies to leverage their unique recruiting sourcing tool without having the massive upfront costs. Allows us to improve our recruiting efforts with outbound recruiting for senior talent without having to have a full time recruiter on staff or expensive contingency recruiter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most tech companies, they require a min contract time rather than being able to go month to month. That said it is because they dedicate an account manager and fractional sourcing recruiter to you and I think it would be impossible to do this if you are month to month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small companies don't have in-house recruiters on staff. Contingency recruiters are pretty expensive. Findem lets small companies benefit from having a fractional recruiter focused on outbound recruiting, which is key for experienced hires.
Magic in a Bottle for Recruiting Leads
What do you like best about the product?
The search criteria that Findem offers is unlike any sourcing or recruiting tool I've seen in my 20+ (ahem) years in recruiting. Additionally, having built-in email campaign capability has been an excellent addition to Greenhouse as the core of our talent tech stack. I also appreciate the Greenhouse integration, which seems to be improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the process of building campaigns and more options for email copy/"snippets" would be helpful. Think an "email campaign wizard of sorts," that includes best practices on ideal times to send emails to prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a one-person recruiting department, and being able to set an email campaign and essentially "forget about it" has been amazing. I feel like I have a secret weapon in my back pocket, and it makes us more productive - which I appreciate, as does our leadership team. We've been able to find and attract at least one "unicorn" (+female!) Sr. Solution Architect - the "Holy Grail" in our ecosystem. I appreciate that the email campaign feature allows me to really tailor the way we communicate in our voice and befitting of our brand/company persona.

Best Sourcing Tool for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to find top diverse talent in tough-to-fill roles! Quick and efficient sourcing tool that can be used by teams of all sizes.Significantly reduces small recruiting teams time to source candidates by easily sending out bulk emails to potential candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to dislike about Findem right now is that it's still in development mode and the product is still growing. The team is actively working on it to improve small bugs but it still doesn't cause issues with the fantastic search results you get from this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to more diverse talent quicker. As a small recruiting team, we are able to effectively source candidates without spending hours doing so or having to pay for a FT sourcer.
Insightful and a Gem for HR
What do you like best about the product?
Findem's email nurture campaign sets it apart from LinkedIn Recruiter. With the additional bells and whistles, recruitment is more personable with Findem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Findem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to scale a department with ease using Findem. In addition, I was able to create a seamless recruitment process using Findem and our ATS.
Wonderful sourcing tool to uncover hard to find diverse talent
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can do a skill search and then drill down on ethnicity and gender and those specific candidates will be the only ones that show up in your search. It truly is an amazing tool to assist with our diversity hiring targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I truly dislike, so far. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Findem we are solving for our "lack of diverse candidates" pool with a well-suited slate of candidates that we would tend to miss. It's a user-friendly tool that is easy to navigate and the use of email campaigns are a wonderful way to get your employee brand out there.
