The appreciation posts & the team bonding which comes along with them are just simply superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the things are superb. Just if we can have a message window to appreciate or talk with the person & interact with him would be great.

We can appreciate people by providing rewards & helping them to grow is a great thing, I believe.

Empulse is adding more merchants from various countries to use Reward Points. I like this most for colleague recognition.
I found then very easy to use

Very good engagement platform, especially for remote employees of an organisation.
