What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and offers various attractive rewards. After all, their customer service team helps a lot and simplifies all the problems faced

Nothing. It's perfect to use and offers complete features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved the problem regarding voucher/gift card display. Where the link given does not work as it should for me to redeem the reward. In the end I am very happy that their customer service team helped to solve the problem well and quickly.
Plum helps me to get what i want from hundreds of brands without costing any penny
What do you like best about the product?
Yes plum helps me in getting what i want from the huge variety of stores available there. On top of that i need not pay any cash to purchase goods or services because of the gift cards/vouchers which helps me a lot to purchase things. And their customer service is excellent and you never have to lose rewards if you made a mistake while purchasing products beacuse of their excellent customer service. Thanks a lot plum for my needs and that is highly recommended.

nothing at the moment but i do hope that they will continue to add more merchants for the convenience of all

recently when redeeming a reward i typed my email address wrongly by mistake so i could not receive the gift card and then when i contacted the customer care of plum they resolve my issue within 5hrs and i got what i deserve

I really liked Xoxoday, many gift options with plenty of values to choose from, without a doubt I liked it a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday is one of the best purchasing voucher site for recognizing employees but their customer service is a worse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Xoxoday Customer Service Team is a worse as I've experienced delays on their incentive program. Since the delay lasted a month already, their incentive program concluded and I wasn't able to received the reward.

No need to share the bank account. Just make account and get rewards.

It's an amazing tool to really appreciate people and not only that but again another way of motivating colleagues.

i think its the best way to motivate your colleagues and the appreciate in front of all, which is the best part . Now you don't need a special event to appreciate people this can be done via Empuls and everyone gets noticed.
Great selection of gift cards
What do you like best about the product?
I received the Xoxoday voucher from my company and was quite impressed to see a great selection of gift cards that were available on Xoxoday website that could be redeemed using the voucher. Almost every major brand in each category is available and the voucher can either be used completely or partially or clubbed with other Xoxoxday vouchers as well which is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback was that the first line customer care support wasn't really helpful. Despite reaching out to them 2-3 times, they kept reiterating the same thing until a call was set up with the technical team, following which the query was resolved.

Xoxoday vouchers allow to buy gift cards from multiple vendors across various categories like fashion, food, etc which is quite impressive.

Basically i dont have any words to dislike.. Because when im in some issues XOXO gave quick response..
