What do you like best about the product?
This site helps to provide great compliments and rewards for colleagues and keep them motivated

This is a site more like other social media and provides a socialisation during work hours

Being up to date with everything happening inside the organization. Able to share happiness.

Its good and we get recognization and awards for activity we do.

Immediate redeem of the award. And Points are well organised. We can get to know our team members birthday or achievment.

Sometimes does not load the content. Date of birth is not updated properly.

There is no downside in using Empuls as it is working as expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting to know the entire org is quite interesting. The ability to reward or recognise anyone, creating appreciation posts, interacting with others' posts, getting to know each other's interests, work etc., all these are nice features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems still in it's nascent stages so I'd rather say, it is a bit less user-friendly. For example, I wanted to checkout the complete Org chart, but I could only go step by step at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee awards and recognition was a manual process, but with Emplus it is much easier to call out, give a shout out, praise or appreciate all at one place now.
