It's like a social media in a professional setting.

It's promoting positive reinforcements and provide employees a medium to show their achievements in work.

Emplus is a great place to post wishes and greetings and appreciate your colleagues and peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to be disliked about here.

Bridges the gap between the employee and the employer, and that helps in performance and experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The good thing about empuls is that management provide recognition to employees doing their best on performing and exceeding their given task and being rewarded.

There's nothing that I can think of that makes me dislike Empuls

It actually solve some of the problems like employee engagement because this platform recognizes individuals that really give their 100% on achieving their goals

What do you like best about the product?
Rewarding and Enacashing Options are great.
The Home feed is excellent, along with reports and insights which give comparative analysis on the Individual and Org levels.

While rewarding Multiple team members on the same task the allocation of Budget cannot be done. The flow needs an improvement here.

Universal and Centralised Portal for employee recognition.

Awareness is needed among all employee about Emplus and initial session will help to understand the Emplus better.

Empuls helps you set up & run pulse surveys, measure and track feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and easy to navigate like claiming points in exchange for gift cards/gift certificates. It is an excellent tool to reward and recognize employees to improve retention and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any further downside for Empuls than having limited options for redeeming points to preferred merchants. Empuls can quickly partner with other merchants common to individuals and readily available in different locations, like in malls or grocery stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to close the gap between how the employer meets the requirements in ensuring that employees are being recognized for their contribution to the organization. It is an excellent tool for the cashless distribution of rewards and incentives that can be easily exchanged for goods or services.
