Helps in communicating, employee engagement, employee Recognition, internal communication, appreciation, and much more.

A perfect platform to appreciate employees for their contribution. This enables us to appreciate their work time to time and it direclty enhancing the productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, all seems to be good and wonderful experience. There is no guide on how best we can explore or use this platform for engagement and productivity. There is no room where can learn and grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recognition to employees for their work. This was biggest problem and emplus has solved it way better. Employees are truly happy by receiving the rewards and having multiple option to reedem.
It is nice and user friendly.

It's very nice to use and is user friendly, you can easily acess and do the apprication the tags and comments are automated which is an awesome feature.

UI UX of the site can be better. The site looks Dull.

The UI UX of the site can be better plus an app from which can acess the sites would have been better.

Appreciating each other in a very insightful manner. Making strong Relationships with peers and managers for a good working environment.

Nothing I found as of now. It seems to be very much interesting for me.

During the work-from-home culture. No one knows where our efforts and hard work are going on. Empulse tracks it very intensively and provides the result with accurate analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is engaging, and the layout is set up correctly. One can find all the features & updates in a single view; as a user, I would recommend things that are available to me in a go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The canned responses added on appreciation are too robotic; we should look at more empathetic texts to make the other person feel more connected to the feedback shared.

A single platform to appreciate your fellow peers- How is it not helping anyone?

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use and allows you to easily connect with people, in my case, with people from my work
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't find it to be a problem, but Empuls helps us to have communication with colleagues from other countries.
