Great app that our team love using
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility to customise the awards and gifts, it's integration with slack and the wide range of vouchers available in different countries - that helped a lot since we are an international team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty happy with everything. Some vouchers take a while to confirm but its often quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great reward and recognition system and it saved me so much time as I was going to develop ours from scratch.

The online options we have in the xoxoday is so good.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to use of the website for buying the coupons. The variety of websites we have to buy them is very good. We can quickly redeem our points and buy through those website, whatever gift we wanted for ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to credit your point in payments app, like Gpay, Paytm, Phone pe to use them as cash :). If we could get that points credited in payments app we can be more flexible with using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday solved the problem of unwanted gift from management. Now we can opt to buy whatever we want from the points credited in our account, using amazon, flipkart or whatever.
Very easy to access all the categories. Enjoyed using.

the amount kept for all the purchase is very fair enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
almost all brands are covered but new brands or phonepe wallet or other walet which could be used in local stores if the user location does not have such big brands.

it is solving to redeem the rewards on one platform with variety of categories

I just wish we didn't have to go to another page to access it, maybe notifications automatically with the option of turning them off, but that's a lot to ask for, so I think it is great

It solves the problem of forgetting an important event for coworkers such as a birthday or work anniversary. Again, it is encouraging a friendly and great work environment

I liked the UI and the customer support and the concept they have behind redeeming the points.

One of the plus sides or rather an advantage, is that it has made shopping and other purchases much more accessible.

To be honest, there is nothing that i would dislike about this platform it servers the purpose that i was looking for and its the best portal i have come across

Xoxoday has helped me in solving the problem of recognising my peers and colleagues at the workplace and also rewarding them with certain points, which can be redeemed at the rewards tab
