Amazing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly tool. We easily connect with peers, appreciate them and redeem the points.Gif animations are impressive. Overall a highly recommendable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find the option of changing the font if needed. If this option is given, then it will add more variety and users can choose as per their requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get immediate notifications whenever anyone is appreciated or rewarded. All important updates can be viewed in this tool. Easy to find people and their profile

More options of krown awards redemption needs to be added. have a toll free support number would be highly appreciated

As we need to promote the culture of excellence , one of the core values that we need to improve is celebrate success which is being facilitated by this platform
Empuls keeps the teamspirit intact
What do you like best about the product?
I get to appreciate and acknowledge my peers for their everyday feats. It's a good platform to incentivize people at work. Definitely makes one feel more acknowledged and appreciated too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more to the platform. I feel the scope is pretty limited. The awards are also only a few. With more options, we can choose to appreciate more people and make them feel more acknowledged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep teams intact by making people feel they are being heard and seen by their peers. The leaderboard is also great for keeping the spirit alive. My productivity has definitely increased, and empuls takes the credit. it also helps me enhance the professional relationships with my colleagues.
Best platform for appreciation
What do you like best about the product?
There is different templates by which we can easily choose the best design and format to share the post, along with the inbuilt option which gives suggestions for writing the sentence is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about this platform. There must be an option by which we can directly appreciate an entire team instead of tagging each one individually. A disto or team name will be helpful in this case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in awarding and appreciating the team members or colleagues more frequently, and its inbuilt feature of giving suggestions regarding templates and sentences is helpful
A platform worth it for rewards and recognition in the corporate world.

The best part of the platform is the leadership board. It gives the motivation to use the platform more and more thus increasing the user' screen time on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reaction buttons in any post need to be improved. There should be multiple kinds of reactions available, like its there on Facebook and the UI there needs to be improved.

Xoxoday Empuls is mainly solving 2 problems:
1) It makes you unware of your colleague's birthdays and anniversaries which helps you get more trust from colleagues.
2) More varieties of rewards in digital platform helps get boost in work which other wise is not the case in a traditional non digital office where you are just awarded once a quarter/year.

It is a quick approach to appreciation of fellow team members and leaders. I like the suggested aprreciation texts that helps me deliver it well.

I do not like the fact that not everyone uses it at my company and don't feel like it adds value to a team member's effort, because it really does.

It is really solving the problem of recognition among the team members and greatly promotes employee retention

Rate 8, we are missing the cheesy approach to use this platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It has soft notifications, which usually do not poke all the time, and the themes are also good. It is better to shout out loud for the person who deserves it. This is more info and less navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has less charm and happenings lacks. We cannot see any reason to revisit daily as a habit or routine to visit or to check what's new for me. It could be due to fewer notifications or fewer connective programs.

It helps us express gratitude to someone who deserves it without waiting for any special rewards and recognition and highlights the people who outshine in the hearts of other employees.
