Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service was very good, they were quick to respomd and very helpful, right through to resolution. I would highly recommend using them in the future and I would also be happy to use them again in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There weren't any dislikes that I can immediately think of; the customer service was excellent and quick to respond, so there were no flaws on this occasion, which was good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me receive a gift card that I was due for participating in a recent competition. They looked into this query asap and ensured that I received my gift card as promised.

There's nothing to dislike about XOXO. I immediately received my voucher after checkout, and it worked well. simply awesome!!

The speed of responses and support and good. Xoxo also comes with a spread of gifts spanning many products

Its helping in the process of rewarding the employees on behalf of the organization, with user friendly software, and also having a good customer service team, which solves my issue quickly.

first time we are not generate the amazon coupon but your supportive team member takes a online call and solved this issue.

whenever some one generate the xoxo coupon please note country automatic not selected it shoud be manual selection required so used dosent generate the other country coupon.

we are unable to generate the coupon and 1 by mistake USD $ coupon generate and which is not usefull for india amazon wallet. i hope this problem also solve to your team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used this to recognise/reward team members and it has overall helped with improving teams' productivity and seen visible growth in how the team engages to reward peers on the platform as well as overall work.
Xoxoday Plum made redeeming rewards easier
What do you like best about the product?
It provides access to a wide variety of rewards, including gift cards, experiences, activities, and merchandise which helps a lot in selection. Also, i find Xoxoday Plum to be user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is although Xoxoday Plum does provide a mobile application, I find that the mobile experience could be enhanced further in terms of performance and user interface.

We used xoxoday for employee recognition and its rewards to employees, before xoxoday we had to manually send gift cards to employees but now we can with single click send gift cards to multiple employees and employees also have lot of option to choose from.
