It is very user friendly. I can see the leaderboard with stars as well.
What do you like best about the product?
I can appreciate anyone and can see the latest award winners. Also, I can see the leaderboard and Groups as well.

It can improve more on the look and feel.

It helps to see the award-winning employees and motivates to work hard so that my name should also be in that list.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a thoughtful implementation to recognize the achievements of our colleagues. Neat flow for rewarding and recognizing peer efforts. A metric to show the organization goals that one has achieved would be good.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be far better, the current one resembles Orkut/ Facebook mid-2010's.

We are able to recognize the achievements of our colleagues and to reward them for their continuos efforts.
User friendly and boosting employee moral
What do you like best about the product?
The app as well as website is user friendly and even contributing very well in employee reward and recognition program. best platform for employee benefits and appreciation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is worng with the application. just one feedback for application is to simplify the login procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped a lot in appreciating the employees globally on one platform for one organization and that helps to motivate other employee also to work hard on things.

It makes my day! Who doesn't like to be recognized for the good stuff they bring to an organization? Small wins are meant to be celebrated too!

Nothing really. I think it serves its purpose well.

I believe this program helps in retaining employees. Personally, it makes me happier. It is one of many sources of motivation. I hope more companies will realize it!
CONVENIENCE OF EMPULS
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate and offers various options to redeem rewards and other stuff. They also give opportunities to interact with other team members by giving kudos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find so much to dislike in empuls. Maybe the only thing I find lacking is other options to redeem points in some other country like the Philippines. Plus surcharges are too high

Redeeming points was the problem they had before, as it has limited options to redeem points. They don't have gcash or other digital banking before but now they have it as one of the options.
